And suddenly, Singer

Still need to take some good pics of the 560SEC AMG, the RWB 993, and Nismo R33 GT-R LM too.

*EDIT*
A few random group pics:

Wait a minute, you got the Singer already? Did you order it directly from GT Spirit? I ordered a car from the same month as the Singer (the 2.8 RSR) and I haven't even seen shipping details yet.
Yes, I did order it direct from GT Spirit. It arrived yesterday morning. Seems some labor strikes in France are jacking up GT Spirit and Otto shipments, unfortunately.

Yeah, I was half expecting to see the car arrive in July because of the strikes, but hopefully sooner now seeing as how people are getting theirs. Unusually get an email with shipping info, though, so I'm still not expecting it too soon. :(

It's the last model I'll buy for a long time, it's going to fill the final spot in my cabinet. Ran out of room and money for now.

I know right, I think I've said that very statement at least 3 times in this thread.

But this time I mean it. Probably.
So... about that. Took me only a few hours to break that rule. I found, after searching for way too long, a model I've always wanted. Popped up on Ebay, bought it on the spot. A Spark 3.0 911 Carrera RS, red color with gold accents. Really excited, I would have felt like my collection wasn't complete without it, but now I am done. And this time for real real.

Real pics finally emerged from somewhere:

Tempting to have for its wild livery, but also a bit too wild at the same time.

It looks like one of those "magic eyes" things you used to see ages ago. You kind of had to go cross eyed and out of focus to see the hidden image :boggled:

It's a horrible attempt at an "art car".

I'd go with the Gulf Aston, or wait for next year's model. This year's Aston GT3 looks very good with the new aero parts.

Also, Spark's new 2015 Le Mans line-up has arrived, definitely worth checking out as all three 919's look stunning! Spark seems to improve every year, their latest 1:18 racers look breathtaking.

What all does that member list for sale? I'm a lurker on there, so I don't have access to that part of the forum...

-Whole range of Autoart Mitsubishi Lancers Evo 6s and 7s in WRC, Tommy Makinen and Street.
-Autoart Marlboro Toyota Corolla WRC
-Autoart Toyota Trueno Initial D
-Kyosho Nissan Skyline KPGC10 Racing #15 blue
-CM Models Mazda 6 (dealer edition)
-UT BMW E36 M3 GTR (yokohama daytona)

After a very long search, looking at ebay many times a week, I now have every Porsche 911 RS model (without getting super technical and not counting RSR), up to the 997 RS 4.0 with the addition of this super rare Spark Carrera RS 3.0. You'd think a model so hard to find would be expensive, but it was not as bad as you'd think! I lucked out, maybe the demand for the model is just as poor as the real car.

My 1:18 Disco Volante's came in.

I put them in a groupshot with the 1:43 Matrix versions i already had.

There onlly is a white piece of thread from a buffing cloth or something like that stuck under the rear window of the red one. I don't think i will take the car apart to get it out.

A model I purchased a little while ago turned out to be used and was owned by a heavy smoker. Had I been able to do much about at the time I would have returned it but now need to try save it or move it on. It's spent a few weeks in a zip lock bag with charcoal that did nothing. I've now resorted to a week of keeping it in zip lockbag with a bowl of vinegar. This has helped get rid of the smell on the body but even though I kept the doors open the interior still carries a cigarette smell. Is there anything else people have tried that has worked?

Pretty close to just selling it off as I don't want to put it with my other models.
