My latest Viper arrived.

Here's some pics from my latest models.

Mercedes CL55 AMG "F1 Limited Edition"

Toyota GT-One #3 "ESSO Ultron" - Le Mans 24hr '99

Williams FW11 Mansell/Senna Taxi

Ferrari F2003 Michael Schumacher USGP Pit Scene w/ Rain Tyres

I got the Mercedes from a small toy store I found while I was in this mountain resort. It's really nice, lots of small details. The GT-One I got like 2 months ago, it's an awesome model, been wanting it for a long time but it's rare and goes for a pretty penny on ebay. The taxi I've had for like 4 months now but never got around to taking more photos of it. It's a really nice model, I would say it's the main model of my collection, the best one maybe. Don't ask me how much it cost though. The Ferrari, it's one of the nicest models I own. Hot Wheels really put an effort into it. There's a lot to appreciate in it, so many details and the way its presented with the pit crew in the background. Just awesome... 👍

very. VERY NICE!while im here i'd like to say,

for christmas, im getting either an AUTOart Ford GT or another Autoart supercar!

and im going to MPH'06 in a couple of weeks and there was loads there last time at '05, but i was pennyless then, im now saving up for when i go.

That viper is awesome!!

its new? how long HW put in the market??

here in Portugal i can´t find....:guilty:

Nah it's not new, it's just HW didn't ship it worldwide in large quantities. I think most were sold in the US.

I haven't posted my entire collection in here yet, so here goes...

Some of the pictures aren't too good, but not all of these cars are in my apartment (7 or 8 are still in my external "garage", i.e. my parents' house :)), so I don't have good angles of some of them.

(In no particular order):

BMW Z8 (Maisto)

Aston Martin Vanquish (Bburago)

Renault R23 (Unknown)

BMW M5 E60 (Kyosho)

BMW M3 E46 (Kyosho)

BMW M3 GTR E46 (Minichamps)

Porsche 911 GT2 996 (AutoArt)

Aston Martin DBR9 (AutoArt)

Aston Martin DB7 (Maisto)

Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM (Maisto)

Porsche Carrera GT (Maisto)

Its a sad notice... :grumpy: but thanks! 👍

Don't feel down. They were rare in the US as well. I managed to get a classic red and white one luckily though around the time they disappeared. Haven't seen one since.

Don't let space issues stop you collecting! Just make something up.
Seriously! I don't have any more room in my apartment, but that doesn't stop me
CCX
it just look bad quality sorry....:guilty:
The interior is not so good, but the exterior is fine. It's a $30 Hot Wheels; what do you expect?

I DONT KNOW! the most i ever spent on a model is 27.50 for a maisto clk gtr, which is quite good actually,

i do have an autoart lancer which is my best, i paid £15 for it!

nice collection :yup:

so why say it looks crap when you dont have a wide knowledge of qulity levels :dunce:
i have the 550 convertible and its one of the better "basic" hotwheels cars along with the 360cs 👍

27.50 for a maisto clk gtr is a rip off......

the most i ever spent on a model is 27.50 for a maisto clk gtr,

ouch! :ouch:
Just imagine for an extra £12.49 you could get a model of Minichamps/AutoArt quality. (The MC Texaco 87 Bathurst winner and AA BMW WTCC spring to mind instantly)

That 550 is just your typical HW model.

Ouch indeed. I got mine for less than £20, in Modelzone.

A few not-very-good pictures of my latest purchases, the Austin Mini Police van and the Chevrolet Corvette C6R Plain Body Version. Click the pic.

i've checked the store list and i can't a find a store anywhere near northampton

This hobby is getting more and more expensive. With prices going up for models (the Ford GT LM Spec II by AUTOart is $85 USD :yuck: ), I may not buy that many models anymore. Maybe 1 every month or two. :guilty:
