Just for the record, because the lol part is weird...
My name is in that list, but not in the coloured qualify timetable.

Yes Bert, if you havent qualified, you should do asap. if you have and your name is in the coloured list, you dont.

When are the next rounds happening, next week somewhere?

I have a suggestion , i just realized this , Lap 3 has got the Best cameras to be used for judging so the tandem runs should be done on the 3rd lap IMO.
 
The super 16 will be decided ready for next weekend. The last chance for qualifying is this coming weekend. If you are in the coloured list, your scores have all been moderated and are final. If you aren't feel free to PM me ASAP. Please include what time and day of the weekend you want to run. Please include more then one option, as it may be difficult to organise everyone with two judges (who FYI are in an odd timezone to start with)

I'll change all <ACN> members to D-Max and speedthrill, i'll fix that up for you :)

Yeah, are the 15 people going to do some massive duals for the last spot? That would be awesome.
 
I got 15 points and I'm in the orange colored names. What should I do? Upload my replay or will I get another chance to qualify?
 
Isn't the tournament for 32 people? You can still gather 16 more players. If it is like the average grade for students who enter the university those who cant get 16 points can still enter if no one else has more than them, to fulfill free spots.

It's only for the top 16. I'd rather it be top 20 or something but that's not the case.


Also i think the entry's are closed. If Hayden keeps letting people join the comp it will never get started.
 
^^I typed in the 1st post that it would be a "super 16" styled format. While a 32 person bracket could very well work, i do't think i should be changing that this late in the game :)

Sorry, entries are closed. Those who entered before the deadline (names in the OP) are right to run their qualifier some time soon. I have had my internet fixed :):):):)...

On a related note, this new update apparently includes the supreme ability to search for drift rooms specifically. If this means their is points online (unconfirmed) i might just do a backflip with excitement. THe update has apparently also fixed the smoke, so those drift shots will look pearly as they should be. I'm so very excited!

This is stunning! Yes!!!!!!! Exactly what i asked for!!!!!

EDIT: Just tested it and (unfortunately) you can't change the field camera. Awesome though, is watching a five person tandem unfold under the wing of my Merc Evoloution!

No problem chris. I just tried the new Drift style of online racing. While there is no point system, the control feels different. It feels hugely like the single player drift mode with the greater wheel movement
 
Hello everyone, there has been a lot of talk about the judging and so on and so forth. FYI i have a room up now. I however have a question for y'all

Would you be happy to rerun your... Just kidding :)

my real question is: Would you prefer a 32 participant bracket. The same top vs bottom bracket style will be used as previously mentioned, but this allows more people to take part and enjoy the competition. While i didn't originally want so many battles (the main reason being the pressure it puts on the organiser *cough* and judges, to make every run) however, i've rethought this and have heard quiet a few people suggest it should be 32.

Opinions please!
 
I really have nothing against a 32 person bracket, at all... I can't think of any either (apart from having to stare at Timezones a bit longer)

Am thinking of making this a poll but i think its a bit redundant as i think we all know the outcome :)
 
I'd be up for a top 32. At least it give most people the opportunity to take part in the comp. Have 32 people qualified ?
