I was planning some sort of attempt to Wham! you myself through PSN but I guess your Dad got there first with the pesky car radio!
You would've had difficulty since my PS3 is unconnected from the internet at the moment. :P

So I was on my way to the shop to get the paper and some milk and on the way there there was a car packed outside the butchers, as I was walking the guy in the car had the radio on...guess what was playing?!...ive been whammed!..again

Total Whammings: 4!

I'm in the car waiting at Dublin Port for my Dad, and Last Christmas played. To make matters worse, the DJ switched to it in the middle of that "Send In The Cavalry".

Christmas eve is now over with, and no Wham! in sight. Hopefully that means I'll stay Wham! free through all of 2013. :D

I got Whammed! again leaving Dublin Port. :grumpy:

Good thing I was already whammed because I just was rewhammed while driving a car that is not mine.

So I went shopping earlier this evening - same as last year and I wasn't Whammed!

I may come out of this alive. I'm so excited I can't grammar or punctuate properly. :D

If any one of you so much as attempts to send me a PM/Conversation with a link to Last Christmas I will ban you, your family, and your goddamn dog.

TB
They're English words, yes, but I have no idea what they mean.
Sorry for that, I was on my iPod and in a rush and got autocorrected pretty badly.

I was try to say that's a bummer, I haven't even hardly heard any Christmas music this season.

So less than an hour ago I was wandering in the house, when I suddenly heard a few notes of Last Christmas. I stopped for a while, then I started running to the kitchen, quietly wishing that it wasn't the dreaded song.
But my wishes were in vain. The song was being played on the radio.
I listened to it some more so as to remember the evil voice. It resembled the original song in the OP, yet it sounded clearer. I was unsure.
Then, slowly and crestfallen, I walked out of the kitchen, thrusting my fists into the air and quietly yelling 'God damn it!' to myself.
Moments later I asked my mother who was the singer. She could not remember, but she was pretty sure it was the original song. Listening to the song in the OP further affirms my hypothesis.
So yes, I believe I was whammed.
And I thought that after enduring yesterday night's terrible radio programmes, I could go through the rest of 2013 without living in fear. It always comes when you are least expecting it.
Plus it's only yesterday that I was trying to wham some GTP members. So it's karma, I guess. :(

Edit: It's a double-whammy! (Or is it?) The radio played the song again when I was having my dinner, and my father played it again on his own hi-fi set. So yeah, 3 Whams in one day. That's a record. :grumpy:
And now that my sisters know that I react to the song with disgust, I'm never going to survive another Christmas without listening to the song.
There's one good thing though, now that I know there is a George Michael CD in my house... :mischievous:

I got Whammed! while lying in bed. George has chased me with the relentlessness that makes camera shops cower in fear.

My Wham count for this year currently stands at 7. Bad year considering I've only heard it twice over the previous couple of years.

Personal goal now is to avoid it for the rest of today.

Close call while opening Christmas gifts. Parents had a TV channel up that had a fire place and music. Right before breakfast, I hear the dreaded lyrics; however, in the middle of my despair, I realized that it was a woman singing

EDIT: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I'm out. Dad turns the TV back on, and this time it's the exceptionally feminine, but still male voice of George Michael.

Got whammed again. :grumpy: Was going to my grandparents this morning and was warming up the car waiting for my dad and brother. So I was flipping through the radio and I caught a snipper of Wham on the one station. I thought I had a chance to.

I was completely safe from receiving another whamming over the course of Christmas day. Mainly because my parents don't play christmas music. Instead they had Lynyrd Skynyrd going. Christmassy. :P But that was mainly because my dad got given the newest Lynyrd Skynyrd album, so he wanted to listen to it.

Still going strong.

I love Skynyrd, but I can't listen to the new stuff. It's like a cover band.

I got Whammed! while watching a Vine compilation.
