Still not whammed. But I am going out to eat for thanksgiving and indulging in Walmart's black Friday. So, fingers crossed.

I collect Hot Wheels and they have a good deal today. So, I'm risking it.

Eww, Thanksgiving parade is on, luckily looks like no music is playing.

Edit:Less than five seconds after posting a Taylor Swift performance started. Not Christmas music, but it's stil bad.

Almost got whammed by the radio. Luckily, it was Taylor Swift singing. Not Wham!

I feel pretty confident that I will make it also.

Tempted fate, listened to Christmas music on the radio while we were out.

Got Jingle Bell Rock and a Holly Jolly Christmas, no Wham.

@Daniel - I'm out.

I didn't have to drop the kids off anywhere today so I though it would be a good day to swing by Taco John's for a breakfast burrito. Closed. Went to Burger King instead and turned the radio off to order. Three miles later I remember to turn the radio back on (too preoccupied with eating) and hear a lame ass song but it doesn't register.

Then the chorus hit.

Thirty seven years of listening to the radio and I've never heard it played... Until today. :irked:

Maybe it's good that you still have those Angry Orchards in the basement.

🤬🤬🤬 Got whammed right at the start of our trip. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 @Daniel when I get access to WiFi on my laptop I'll change my avatar. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I had a small scare this morning, I woke up to my radio-alarm going off, playing some Michael Jackson - but having 'just' woken, all I registered was "80's music with high vocals"

"...Wait.."

"Oh.. OHSHI-"

Then Michael came on with his trademark 'He-HEE!'. Nothing gets the adrenaline going like some fear

Those will have to wait. I'll have to drown my sorrows at work with Mt. Dew, instead.

On the plus side I can listen to Pandora without fear now. You should join us in the Village of the Whammed! :dopey:

People in school still remember I am evading a painful whamming. This does not bode well for the next few weeks.
