Just to update.. I am about 90% to make the race

I have a question. Is Supraphantom banned from the finale shootout thing after this race? If so, would the person behind the guy last to make it into the shootout be drafted in instead

If there's a worry about GT500's crossing the 300's. Let them complete half of the ring before the 500's set off? If the pace is roughly 30 seconds difference, there's a chance that there wont be any passing of each class. Just a guess though.

It is difficult to overtake on the Norschleife but as long as the drivers being lapped are respectful and smart there shoudnt be any issues lapping them. Im fine with either mixed or same class as long as there are no issues. Oh will there be a formation lap?

Formation lap is up to where your time starts when doing a quali run.

Yeah, Mixed class is probably the best way to go considering the low number of GT300 guys. All I can is that there needs to be an element of trust between the GT500 and GT300 guys when overtaking. GT500 drivers should be patient when trying to overtake, and wait for a good opportunity to pass. On the other hand, GT300 drivers should show a bit of co-operation when they can and let GT500 through on a straight or a wide corner. If we can all do this the race should be very enjoyable 👍

GT300 will be seven if Masi shows and GT500 will be 10 if rees races which is too many for one room.

I think we should set up a GT300 room and see what we've got at green flag time, if we are seven then we should run like that as we will most likely be too many for one room.

If we don't have 7 then we have time to get across to the other room before pag arrives

Yeah I was just thinking that over, although my connection has been pretty good recently. Guess Remy's room will be the better alternative though.

EDIT: Just tried getting in the room twice, got Network Incompatibility, even after I reset my PS3. Going to try again but I don't think I can get in the room if Owens is hosting, for some reason we've had issues trying to get in each others room recently.

I quit at lap 4, been running all over the place. No point in pushing further, might ruin others' race.

Horrible race. Only lasted 4 laps, nothing like season 1.

Have to apologise to Red also. Tailgated him for around 7 minutes straight of the ring, his car was a little jumpy at times (connection) and I bumped into the back of him a few times. I didn't recieve any damage so my best guess was he didn't either. The little dip towards the end, is when I recieved damage, and so did he. Both restricted to around 140 on the straight.

Pitted, lap 3. Hard tyres still seemed driveable with, which they we're. Overtook Fal who seemed to be struggling a little, eventually got to lap 4. Thought I may aswell take a last chance then I'll pit lap 5. Oh bad idea, around 2 minutes into the ring, the water percentage almost doubled and I slowed right down. Biffy caught up, nearly slid into him whilst still on the GP, but he got past unhurt. Just down to driving on more or less ice, I damage my front right, Pag caught up, let him past, then I damage my front left. Before the carousel, I managed to have damage on all 4 wheels and engine. Not even halfway through the ring I just decided to quit.

Crap season for me, end of. Next season I'll definitely be switching to GT300. A little sick of the 500's now, too much power for me to control.

I didn't see anything bad happen, I went off while in the lead and caused Biffy to go off, don't think it caused damage, I waited and waited till he finally got back in front of me, but then he wiped out again immediately, so I drove on... Not really sure if he was lagging and something extra happened or what.

In any case, not to sound sour, but I won't be bothering with anymore night races like this.
Maybe I missed something, but I didn't know we were pretending 11laps takes 24 hrs, otherwise I would have just passed the race up altogether.

Night + Rain + Heavy Damage = Cursing and no fun, if it's not fun, I don't want to do it.

I tried to stick it out, but then while still on the GP/F section, I spun, and I have no clue why, going slow, turning slightly, barely on the throttle, whip - pow, heavy engine damage with 14 miles to pit...

I also went off track and/or crashed with damage at least 5 times just because I couldn't see anything, guess I should have turned my brightness on TV up before the race, but that goes back to not knowing we were running "through the night".

Dropped out myself lap 6 right before carrousel. I tried to stick with it. Third lap in a row I damaged engine.

Stupid car wrecks in the dumbest spots. Not in places it felt like it should. It decide to not turn on exit and push me out to grass. Loop and damaged. Frustrating. I still dislike this track. I wanted to skip it. However I wasn't looking to cop out. So I said screw it and try. night time and rain on this track for me is a death wish.

5 Laps, 5 pitstops, 5 crashes = no fun and loss of 2nd and 3rd in the championship👎

Dropped out due to not enjoying the race and I wasn't going to get anywhere, might be a bad decision, but it was not worth the frustration.
