Was it allowed to do a lap with less fuel in preseason?
That's a hell of a lap if it's done with a full tank of fuel.

At the beginning of season 1 you had to send in a replay of your best lap, rather than do 2 flying laps. Those times were done in Practice mode too (I think?)

No. At the time we were using another qualifying system. We were doing laps on Practice mode (Offline), hence the faster lap. Oh and Sigma was really really fast. ;)

Edit: Damn. Aderrrm is quicker than me even off track. :dopey:

I can breathe now

Did'nt UAE_ReDLiNe race? Or did he DC first of all? And since there was more drivers than pointpositions, he was removed?

I gave him a "*" in the rankings though.

Thanks! I did try to race but got D/Ced on the 2nd or 3rd lap running in 3rd place

Hi!

My Drivers profile is not in order, it says that I am from UK and the profile picture is not in order.

PREFERED CLASS: GT 500
COUNTRY: SWEDEN
PSN ID: SB-1977
GTP USERNAME: sbozic
CHOICE OF CAR:
1.Nissan Calsonic IMPUL GT-R (SUPER GT) '08

PS. I have been driving about 4-5 hours every day since saturday, and i have only made 1:59:920 once,so i think I'm not going to even try to qualify, I am doing something very wrong, but i can not figure it out what it is. I have tried al sorts of setups, and the time is 99% about 2:01-2:03 and I am NOT driving an GT 300 :indiff:

I'll make sure to update your profile. 👍
But about your drivers pic? Have you even sent me one?
As long as I do not get a picture PM'ed to me or posted in the thread, I'll just use a random picture.

I'll open up a quali/practiceroom witing 1-1,5 hours. And it will be open for about 3 hours.
I'll post roomnumber when it's up. 👍

Ok.

IF the servers go offline, and we are not able to hold qualisessions, deadline is moved 10 hours.

From:
Qualifying Deadline: Friday 10.00 am CET / 09.00 am BST / 08.00 am UTC and Thursday 23.59 PM (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME) / 3.00 AM (EST). The deadlines are Fridays (UTC/CET)

To:
Qualifying Deadline: Friday 20.00 am CET / 19.00 am BST / 18.00 am UTC and Friday 10.00 PM (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME) / 14.00 AM (EST). The deadlines are Fridays (UTC/CET)

ALSO: Remember that the race that JPzer participates in will start 1 hour after our usual starttime.
That would be
CT: 20.30 PM (GMT)
GF: 21.00 PM (GMT)

Quali / Practiceroom: 1472-6399-8966-5884-7658

Will be open for about 3 hours.

I'm a bit late to the party, but better late than never:

1. GTP_Masicampo - Yay! (I'm based in LA, it's ok for me).
2. Wardez - ditto although Vegas
3. UAE_ReDLiNe - Nay!
4. KamyKaze1098 - Yay! (Because I can . It's fine albeit I may be a little tired sometimes. lol)
5. w-g-e - Yay! (It will be too late for me though. Won't be able to make it, but I'm pleased to help JPzer).
6. Scanny_Flick - Yay (hour later not a problem for me, it is Friday night afterall)
7. Hortus: Yay - more time to settle in from work + not an unreasonable proposal
8. denilson . yay (It will be late for me. But I'm going to do everything possible to keep a driver like JP racing with us)
9. Supraphantom - Yay ! It will be late for me to. but if it helps some on it fine fore me.
10. Biffy - Yay, as long as we go with Denilson's way of thinking, because it's quite likely I won't be able to make 10pm BST every week.
11. paulmac2k9 - Yay! (it doesnt make much difference to me as its the weekend )
12. joshua1994 - Yay! (Won't affect me at all as its the weekend.)
13. dantedani36 - Nay! (It's a bit too late, why don't we race on Saturday instead of Friday???)
14. Shrugging_Atlas - Yay! The Friday early afternoon starts are tough for U.S. based racers with FT jobs.
15. MULE_9242 - Yay! - Ditto what Shrugging said. 5:00 >>> 4:00

Special Thanks to HortusIX :-) For sending me the Garaiya '03
I'm much thankful for this kind of help :-)
and i'm ready to do anything in return :-)
god may success you.

Sounds like today may be the best day to qualify. Who knows what Sony's going to break on Thursday or how long they will delay bringing PSN back up.

Oh gawd oh gawd oh gawd. I need to get back on it. I'll probably try to get it put away today too. But if there's not a big outtage on Thursday I'm gonna blame you for getting into Div. for qualifying too early Shrug xD

This seems to sum up the attitude of most new comers. Come on guys, this is the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, do you really expect to be able to win in your 1st race with just a few hours of practice? This league is very competitive and the front runners have lots of skill, talent and experience. You have no idea.

Qualification is an essential part of each race weekend. Skipping it is like saying you're not committed to the series. Besides based on last weeks quali results, if you don't qualify you will not even make it on the grid. I do want to encourage you to stay in the series but seriously, if you're new to the series you should set reasonable goals for yourself. I'd say if you manage to qualify, start the race and finish it without wrecking and destroying someone else's race that's a huge victory in itself.

I'm off to bed! todays most exotic day in the week, i had a final exam this morning,
four students were kicked out during cheating in test, the proffesor were yelling n yelling all the time :-/
while hes yelling , i would stand and strike him uppercut to make
him shutup :-| >> Kidding mates i respects him :-) and i did good in test.

However, i'm off to bed see you tomorrow :-)

Agree with this so much. If you want proof just look at my entry in the Qualifying Result for last season's race posted my Masi earlier in this thread - my practice time this season is 3 seconds quicker than it was last season, and last season's was done in practice mode... need I say more? :sly:

Thats right. 👍
Couldn't agree more.

Heck it took Schummi 5 years to win a championship in a Ferrari. It didn't happen overnight.
