Because the Germans did a lot of bizarre stuff during WWII, particularly near the end.

Neon, 👍 on the identification of the Frenchie. Impressive stuff.

EDIT: I remember seeing a pic of that in one of my books. Made by Blom and Voss? Need a more precise model?

EDIT/EDIT: A BV-141 ;)

All right, first pass is something British, maybe Vickers or Avro. Not elegant enough for a DeHavilland product. Defintiely made in the mid '30s, though.

Is it that new plane that has direction nozzle over the engine outlet that gives it super-mobility? I know the F22 is the main proponent of that but i am sure I remember a single turbine plane having the same thing.

At first look, it appears to be similar to the T-38 trainer, but the dual tails is different from the T-38...

...and it doesn't appear to have thrust vectoring equipment out back. Hrm, this is going to take a little thought.

Well in that case it's probably one of those private jet fighters you can buy...

That means I have no clue exactly what it is.

Boeing F-15E Strike Eagle.

It doesnt have military tail codes, so is either special function or retired.
