Again, I think the best way to do it is to have all four stewards contacted by PM.

That's how all investigations are taken up in ITCC. Then, if there's some basis for a public announcement, such as the FIA's "incident involving car #x under investigation; corner cutting" such as the potential possibility for a penalty, it will be made public as soon as those details are agreed upon.

In actuality, Sakery's penalty doesn't really mean much... Except that we get a chance to make it publicly known/understood how we conduct our investigations. This is the only time when the public input of the stewards is public. It just gives you an idea of how the system works.

Next time, the discussions will be very much more private, now that everyone should understand, generally, what's going on behind the scenes.

Thanks for the consideration and group effort for trying to reach a group decision about the fair penalty, but since it was only a preseason example, it doesn't really matter whether or not the penalty is applied.

But, I'm sure everyone understands, roughly, how penalties are being applied and under which sorts of circumstances.

Jordan is saying September 29th, or sometime after the Tokyo Game Show.

Fun Runs anyone?

Good good, ITCC expects drivers to do well inside school, too. :P even I'm in school, guys.

Don't skip, avoid or "wag" school for ITCC.

Andrew, RBR/MMS testing?

I wish; I already fell asleep, from how early I wake up in mornings.

Point is, I need to make dinner/lunch and then perhaps go to sleep.

There's also one of the worst thundof the whole year going on above my house, and I'm enjoying the strobe lights. "Daft Punk is playing at my house, my house..."

Lol, BTW, are we implimenting the Qualifying rules? If so when is it? And are there any special rules for Cape Ring??

 Bloody oath you Aussies have some weird lingo!

Nas, I still don't even know whether or not people want qualifying. I feel like I should consider a quali session but should I or not? Guys...?

And, no, no special rules for Cape Ring South; it's a nice easy way to start the season off. Make sure you give room through the high-speed "rhythm section" so that everyone makes it through clean, and we won't have any penalties. 👍

Again, I agree with polar; thongs shall not be mentioned again in ITCC. That's now a rule, okay?

And, on-topic: Why have you not told me whether you'd rather run with or without qualifying? No one cares what you choose to wear as your "hammock."

Ok then, never saw polars post.

Don't really care how we start.

In OP there is rule book and there's:
-2: Race Systems
-3: Qualifying Race Points Scoring System
Is it already clear that we have quali?

Yeah Resh go put your thongs on ;). (Having visited Sydney 2 years ago I picked up some of the lingo :P)

Qualifying race points system, isn't qualifying for single fastest lap time. I'm asking if you would rather have a qualifying session, qualifying race, and then two feature races?

No. Preseason was a "frosh" thing, to intentionally mix things up, so that different people would be in different positions on grid.

Now, though, I'm asking whether the people would rather go with the same system, or run a qualifying session.
