dont laugh about me ; I dont know how to insert an image from my pc to this page, somebody tell me please

I couldn't do it either, Coolracer. While your viewing your picture in GT5, save it to XMB, then you can send Kal a psn message with the pic attached. He will post it in the roster for you.

Mine is actually "matte black"

...and it's gonna look REALLY good with a nice "matte white" scrape down the side of it.

I should be around by then. I'm looking forward to actually testing this out instead of talking about it.

I'm just about ready to dive into my PS3 & fix the YLOD.

Hope I got all the right tools..... If you guys don't see me by Sunday, then something went horribly wrong.

May need bigger Hammer.

That was easy. Didn't even need the pipe wrench, or the jig saw, or the fire extinguisher, or the revolver... And I only had one screw left over.

So are we going to "restrictor plate" the super speedways? So the the Z06 & Challengers don't run away with it again. Indy speedway looks like will be our first stop.

Glad to hear your back, Skel. Trans Am racers hate 'yellow lights'. The restrictor plate might be worth testing tomorrow. Kal and myself had a 25 lap race at Indy speedway the other night and I managed to keep my Z28 RM quite competitive with his Chally. I did win last seasons G2 Daytona race with a z28 though, so maybe I'm not the one to ask. ( Yea, I managed to bring up my win again).:D

I knew you were going to mention it before I started reading! I don't think there is a need to restrict the G2 class. The pp system evens it out good enough. G1, there's about 150hp separating the highest & lowest. Maybe we don't need to on Indy.

I'll be around all weekend. I don't see myself making any other plans during this snow storm.....

I think at Indy the lesser HP cars even out the high HP cars through slightly better corner speeds. Daytona would definitely be a closer race between all cars with a restrictor plate.

Add: that only applies to G1, G2 should be pretty even at both speedways, IMO

In all Honest, G1 needs no revision for any tracks what so ever. I knew well that in the Speedway Course my Z/28 did not have a chance but was well fine with it knowing how the odds played out before hand. I did not see it unfair. Every car has it's strengths and weakness. Like any game piece one should use the one best suited for everything. And not every game piece available is able to win every situation easily. I am not changing cars for a better word of trying to win, but to change from Season to Season. So every time there is something new and needing work. Why I also suggest everyone else try different cars as well.

The only thing in the G1 class I feel should be changed, is just track side details. AKA Locations, Schedules, and how many laps.

The biggest deal is the use of Sports Softs in G II. I will make a room tomorrow at some point perhaps 7 pm EST and start with a 500 PP Limit and go from there on Sport Softs. I do however believe once we reach 550 pp limit again, the cars will be too much for the tires.

So that means racing tyres for G2, and sports tyres for G1?

Please Re read. G1 is not under any changes. G II is where the application of Sport Softs may be implemented to further widen the difference in the two classes.

I will not be hosting pratice room tonight. Because other people can't seem to work I am doing it for them I get off at 9 so may have room after that.

Got some good G2 tire testing in tonight, then the 'black screen' struck. I got tomorrow off, so I'll be back on as soon as the NASCAR race is over, if anyone wants to do some Trans Am racin'

I'm game. I'm off as well. Should host a public room, try to get some more people interested.

Glad we got the pp & tire issue figured out in G2 (530pp, SS tires). I was getting tired of talking about tires.

Only thing we have left to iron out would be the "wild card" race. Whether or not to count it as an official point race, or treat it like an "all-star break". An exhabition race for fun and prizes. (Move it to the middle of the schedule). I think it would be fun to do a couple short races, and include some other activities such as drag racing.

I like having 8 official races per season, top 6 count. If we want to count the "wild card" as an official race, then we should remove one of the fictional tracks from the schedule. Since Trial Mt. & Deep forest kinda similar, ax Trial Mt.

But I'm in favor of the "all-star break" idea. with some drag racing.

I like the idea of the "Wild Card" being a no points race. Theres alot of fun we could have with it without it effecting the point standings, having the line-up as reverse order of point standings, things like that. It would also let us really go for broke with or cars, unleash some aggression that we normally don't display. I was already kinda thinking like that when I set some prizes to it, just to make that race stand out a little.

I think the "all-star" break idea too. If you guys want prizes I'm willing to share some of my 0/0 muscle cars. We could maybe do an vintage muscle drift event also.

I am all for a no point Race Wild Card. The Week before the race we will decided on the event.

Updated Roster. Also realized I am the only non Camaro RM running so far.

Posting my Z06 racecar and Z28 sometime this week. So well have something other than a RM Z28!

Sorry, Kal...but I gave up my Z last season because of that, I'm stickin with her this time.

Also, call it gloating, I don't care. Just had a 5 lap legit race at Indy Road running G1, I didn't make contact with a single opponent, finish order: MUDD, Skeletor, Titus....that's right, it can be done!
