3M DI-NOC. Thanks, Cano. Crap's expensive but it'll definitely look a lot nicer than spray painting with shelf liner.

Give it a coat of clear and marvel at how carbon-like it looks.

Changing the steering wheel on your Cobra (:

Nah, easy as pie over here too, but you sent me a flat black cobra that is already in the works, and its coming along really cool. Youll see (: i'm almost done with it

Yeah, you of course get credit as you painted the body, but that's about all that's left of what you did to it lol. It was the only Stealth car decent enough to leave alone, as the others have some, or a lot of orange peel and other paint problems, so even if I'd like to keep some of them flat black I'll repaint them.

The Cobra was smooth though, so I used your original repaint and added a lot of stuff. You'll see. I may finish it this week, but can't promise anything because I have to assemble the gasser Nova, which may take a while, it has a lot of pieces.

I'm also finishing the Morris Wagon. The wheelswap is complete, the interior and top are now black, and I'm getting the stuff to fully wire up the engine. Should display awesome.

From the other cars you sent me, the Mustang Concept has a set of its original wheels now, the green Lincoln donned a set of JL wire wheels, and the red Vette might take in set of Jada Kidney Beans.

Done with the base coat.

It's not black, okay?

Weren't you the one groaning about how it's pointless to detail the base of a car?

Yup. If I want to go all out, I have to at least match what's been before. That includes the base.

I could have left but the added exhaust tubes can be seen from the side and if I have to colour that, I may as well colour everything. Also, there was visible yellow putty.

Was not fun! Ink kept getting rubbed off and sliding it off the paper wasn't easy either! I did a damn good coat of clear but even then the water managed to dissolve some of the ink before I even took it out. So what's this about wiggling it around until it magically came loose on it's own, huh? :grumpy:

Pulling it off the decal paper wasn't easy, especially with the dragon. It's easy and all with smaller sheets because you can pull it off one side and have the other side pinned down with your finger. This method worked easily with the trunk and roof decals, but the body was not as easy. Because of all the larger surface area, there was more friction if I was going to pull the decal off sideways and as a result, I couldn't do it without stretching one side. So I opted to slide it off upward, but the wide dimension meant an inconsistent tug resulting in wrinkles everywhere.

Then the ink started peeling off the more I tried to adjust it and soon, the edges lost its dark blue and now you see white edges :grumpy:. I'm okay with that because I'm just going to touch that up with paint, but goodness me was this not fun!

I think you didn't clear the decals before applyiong them, or you didn't clear them enough. What kind of paper is that anyway?

Bare Metal Foil's Expert Decal Film. I honestly didn't think 2 layers of clear would be needed but I'll try it next time.

Also, shoutouts to not reading, Cano. Stay free.

White. You can't get 100% opaque with clear. You noticed that when you did the decals on your BMW, didn't you?

True, but then you get all the white lines on the edges as seen in your photos. Some projects I just stay away from cause I know they won't look the way I want them too. :P

Speaking of, I need to start on my next 'major' project soon...
