I'm 41 and been gaming since 1978. I still own GT1, along with all the others along the way. I still have my two PS1's as well in fact. Cars have been a big part of my life. So it was very natural to mix the two.
Yes almost 45 now in a few weeks.
Being playing driving games since they almost first started on the home Computer world.
Played all GT game even had a import version of GT2 US version along with UK version as they had some diffrent cars in US version.
Now playing GT5 lot of years have gone bye since GT1.
Anyhow happy newyear.👍
26. Played GT1 since day one.
Still have my modded PSX and a newest PS2 slim. Finished GT4 twice!
Have bittersweet feelings about GT5, I think it could have been the greatest GT game, but there are so many flaws.
50.............started with GT3 around 2004 (?).......then bought a wheel, then a racing frame, then bolted a $400 seat to the frame (need to be comfortable )
I'm 16 on January 8th. I started off on gran turismo 1, then moved to gran turismo 2, said screw gran turismo 3, then went to gran turismo 4, and now im at gran turismo 5
24 and started on GT 1. Played all inceptions of GT also and thoroughly enjoy GT5. New to this site too. Glad to be a part of the GTPlanet family finally!
Looks like I,m the oldest @ 69 I bought a Ps2 for my grand kids & started with GT4 & then dusted off my sons old PS1 & played orig GT / GT2 /GT3 . Still prefer GT3 [but hate test track ] . Purchased PS3 [ for the grand kids ] & have since got GT5P & GT5 .
Cheers Ozi
Now own GT5 but am thinking this will be my last............it's a good game, but I was expecting Greatness.
My disappointment with GT5 has compounded my disappontment with FM3, without F1 2010 I would have made the move to building a PC and gone iRacing by now.
GT5 has now made me feel that I will keep playing and getting my money's worth until I am done, which will take a long while with the distraction of F1 2010 and F1 2011, then in 2012 I think I'll be heading down the iRacing route.
PD and T10 have jointly killed my fondness for console racing. Codemasters have kept the flame alight for now but nothing lasts forever.
I'm 26 or 27, I think. I started turismo with GT1, and have owned all of them. Also, have bought all the consoles "just for GT". Haven't played the prologues and other fillers, though, except for GT5 Prologue.
I'm 23 and I've been playing since GT2 in 2000 thanks to my older brother: best birthday present ever! So that means that on my birthday it will be my 11th anniversary of having to hit the brakes before turns.
