I used to go to Nazareth Area High School in Pennsylvania and been to his house on trick or treat night. Now I moved about 10 minutes away in Wind Gap Pennsylvania. Also I used to talk to Sage Karam all the time in school which some of you may know.

Andretti is such a nice chap, I mean, the way he tells his life is really great, it makes you live it through with him! 👍 I actually like Andretti more than Senna simply for his fantastic personality.

Yeah, the Hornet was pretty popular when it came out as FM4 DLC. A 6 cylinder engine with over 300 ci.

It was great to have Andretti host the Monza GP on TV this year. He served as interpreter.

Somewhere I heard that we will be able to build our own car for GT6. Is this it?

Absolutely stoked the Hornet will be in the game though..

This is what I want PD to mean by building our own car

Considering the car will only be finished after GT6 launches, and THEN it will have to be scanned, it *could* take quite some time to actually make it to the game though.

Might not. They can scan an excisting Hornet. And make the grafics from the restauration plans.
With small adjustments it could be in GT6 in januari 2014. Maybe even sooner.

But a good choice. Mario Andretti.

Considering they aren't scanning it until after December 16th, I doubt it.

Im excited about Andretti being a part of GT6, but less so about this car. Everyone has their thing, and the hornet is a piece of history, but Im keen to see this partnership go deeper than just getting a dlc car. Hopefully this and the Senna link go deep and we can retrace some of their race careers. Thats the depth that would make GT6 unique to the next wave of racing games.

Hummm so Forza 5 has the Top Gear boys and Top Gear track. As much as I will miss them in GT6, I much rather have Ayrton Senna, Mario Andretti (and maybe even more!) content and all the cool exclusive drivable concepts!!! Not to mention all the extra tracks and cars too! It's like every day lately I fall even more in love with GT6!!!

Nice that those legends are added to the game, but until now i see only 2 cars on the list thats been driven by those legends. The Citroen WRC and the Impala.. i hope to see the other cars too ( F1/Vettel; F1/Senna) I hope the can also recreate an old legedary track.

This car has character

Call me crazy but I'd like to see that livery on the Hornet. I think the kids would love it.

Mario has driven many interesting cars that would make a nice addition to GT:

And of course this revolutionary machine:

Hopefully this car doesn't meet the same stupid fate the Auto Union Streamliner did in GT4.

Well, that car is in GT6, so hopefully we will be able to drive it on all tracks.

I agree. I am very curious to see where this partnership leads because the Senna and Andretti links could potentially expand upon, and may even contribute to new modes and features in the game. Senna's link could bring massive improvements to go-karting in GT6, since it was an integral part of his career, and Andretti's link could lead to a car building/modifying, since his career started in that very same way. I know what I suggested is speculation, but there can be greater benefits to the collaboration than some may recognize. We'll have to wait and see though. 👍
