Admittedly, I'm not familiar with Australian law, but a quick google seems to tell me that Australia has no legal protection on free speech (besides political speech) to begin with. Even if it did, I doubt such a law would have any jurisdiction over a privately-hosted website. You made an agreement in the AUP, and you must stick to it if you plan on staying here long.

@Need4Speed685 - I'm not trying to be rude, but your SR history shows a lot of room for improvement.
If you entered the extremely competitive FIA race without a nearly perfect SR rating, then it should be expected that it won't be the cleanest race. Even if you had a perfect SR rating, that specific race you entered is a very rough choice.
It's really easy to get a perfect SR rating, just enter the Daily C races, stay on track and avoid other cars. Do that 4 or 5 times and you should be good. From there it's mainly on you to keep up your SR rating. Of course there will be incidents, but that's racing and is less common in the races with higher rated drivers.
If you don't enjoy the game, by all means, stop playing. If you want to enjoy the game and improve, this forum is the right place to start.

Supervisors 🤬 trick. Nicking the glory.
After a disastrous race on Monza in the Nations Cup after I made a mistake, sending me off the first corner and off-track, I AM 🤬 LOVING THIS WONDERFUL GAME AND THE COMMUNITY OF HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE SURROUNDING IT.
While I tried to make up ground, I 🤬- up, get a little eager and off the course I go, completely losing all progress I had made up until that point, I can be a bit of a silly-billy at times!
Dissatisfied with my own performance, I quit the race and hoped I could join the next race but OH WAIT, POLYPHONY DIGITAL WON'T ALLOW ME TO DO THAT!!! WHY SHOULD THEY LET ME HAVE ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO PARTAKE IN A CLEAN, FAIR & EXCITING RACE AFTER I RUINED IT FOR MYSELF?!!!
I am not coming back to this game until I'm able to partake in another race, I CANT WAIT to rejoin those fair and clean drivers who give me no end of reasons to continue to compete in these wonderful online championships.

Without seeing a replay, we can't tell who is at fault for the incidents you were involved in. Based on your poor SR history, it's probably your fault...

I haven't bothered with FIA races since December because of the one attempt limit, well and they changed the times to a period I can not commit to long(er) races. PD likes to host them while most of the dirty players are online, so no loss. If they would add a few slots at midnight and 1 AM I would give it a try again. The early test seasons ran from 9pm to 1am ET (6 to 10 PT), now it's 6pm to 10pm ET (3 to 7 PT), crash time.

Indulge me while i try to write a answer to this post, in a objective and measured manner.. first of all, you called everyone here an idiot.. i think you owe us an excuse. In GT-Sport the players make the game what it is, the game can only provide a platform and hope for the best. And i personally feel you should stop calling everyone an idiot, knowing just how many here that would rather lose a race than honor by playing dirty, now true, some here might think that dirty is a fair way to win, but everywhere there is losers.. screw them.
Now to my point, your anger is proof just how fantastic this game is.. you have something on the line when you race, it can be anything from a few DR points to your honor.. there is a reason that fighting for 12th place is often as exciting as 1st place, if not there would be no race except for 1st place... and that is why this game kicks ass. Had you made a measured relaxed chillout post about how BORING this game is, and it doesn't do anything for you, then there was a reason to be worried..
