I feel GT6 will be a disappointment.

I wouldn't claim they are the only ones either but as I say it's irrelevant if you're going to try and make a rebuttal to his opinion.

Yeah, I wouldn't disagree with you on that. :guilty: And I forgot about opinions. Guess it was his opinion, hehe. :P

without DLC - meh
with DLC -awesome

Though there will be a "full" (DLC included) version of GT6 in the future, on PS3 and maybe PS4, and it'd be hard to be disappointed if the comparison is with the much lackluster GT5 (I have more fun playing GT4 than GT5).

As far as the DLC is concerned need to do a better job on giving more bang for the buck there were many DLC's which were just like "WTF is this ish"

I forget which dlc it was, but it literally was nothing, but useless as it was just RM updates of current cars while it was nice to look at it was still just not worth anything.

Yeah. And the paint pack didn't have good colors other than chrome.

If GT6 was perfect you would still get some people complaining about the game. Ok GT5 had some little problems but I still enjoyed it.

At that point you'd get a lot of people telling them to STFU!, and plus it depends GT4 and GT3 along with GT2 and GT1 at their times were damn near perfect, and people still complained, but it was more constructive criticisms a least from what I remember.

I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but GT5 was nowhere near perfect it wasn't near good, and don't use to arguement if it didn't have the name this wouldn't be an issue. Because a bad racing game is still just that no matter how you slice.

This! I've been waiting for this statement!

There are little problems that add up to one big old problem.

That's pretty much the whole thing it was snowball effect.

Like I said 3 things people these days looking for in a Racing Game no matter what it tries to be 1. Online function/Play, A.I, and # of Events in Single Player if it has a single player counterpart like most do.

GT5 only did 1 of these things correct, and actually it didn't because lot of people complained about it as well, but I was going to say that was online.

Like someone said before me everything else after these 3 is the frosting no matter how good the frosting is if the cake ain't good forget it.

But not only was the cake not good the frosting was the worst tasting ever with that taking about the half-attempts at things like Course Creator, Nascar, and WRC(Really big fan of Rallying btw so that did piss me off) just to name a few.

Hey I did not say GT5 was perfect so get it right all I am saying is GT5 had some little problems but GT5 had some little problems but I still enjoyed it..

And if GT6 had some little problems like car customization and sounds I will still enjoyed it.

The online was GOOD?

Oh dear.

 I always lose connection. Lag is also an issue at times.

When I played online I did not have any real issues. The options were a bit limited and no leaderboards but the play was good for me and my friends, could be because of the way I set up the lobbies and the people I was racing with. I would generally host with a very fast connection and all my friends had a fast connection as well. We would even be in a Xbox party at the same time while we were racing online and the only time we saw any lag issues was the one time we decided to try and race X1s around daytona. seemed that the game could not keep up with multiple X1s doing 300+ mph.

We raced Nascars a bit on Daytona and a bunch of various cars on Nurburgring. Most of the racing we did was before they added the additional online options. We did come back about a year ago and ran about 10 races without any issue but that was the only time we were racing online in GT5 since before the PSN was down for a while.

Hahahah good grief. Stop doing this to yourself. Stop pretending.
You believe one thing, hall believes another - neither has to be incorrect as they are both opinions.

I was only saying the online was probably the only good thing between the half done career mode, A.I and online.

That's all I was getting at personally the only good thing that truly came out of GT5 for me was photomode now I couldn't lie and say it was terrible.

You do realise it's just your opinion that those are 'little' problems, right?

I think this does mean something is wrong with the PS3 change certain settings I haven't even gotten home to download this thing and try it out for myself.

Ok not Zeno, but very low frame rate... I try the GT6 in 720p. Maybe so it will be good... (my old PS3 settings: 1080p: on)

Yes that may be part of the problem or just the problem don't think GT6 is native 1080p so that's why there is lag, and also T.V could be an issue as well. Depends on if it's an off brand like here in the U.S I consider CURTIS to be off brand, and they are very bad lol.

Speak for yourself, GT5 was not perfect, but it damn well entertains me whenever I pop it in. I expect GT6 to do the same.

Honestly, people keep thinking that the next game in the series should always have this or that innovation. GT5 tried to do that and succeeded in some, and slugged in others. What I want in GT6 is just a good game.

Congrats, but as someone who has played better games past and present GT5 holds no candles.

No not just talking about Forza(which I've actually never played).
