SOUNDS?
AI?
Clarify Standard for photomode: do you mean polygons boosted by tesselation technic and better texture?

Will other be a livery editor?

Will there be more RM and classic LM versions of cars?

Will there be customizable garage filters or multiple customizable "favorites" tabs?

What I keep asking:

Since there will be regularly released DLC, how will they incorporate the tracks into A-spec/career mode, if they are even planning that ??

I'm hoping they can release updated events into A-spec to utilize the track DLC over just time trials and seasonals.

-Are you gonna improve sounds for GT6?
  • Is there any hope left for the audio department?
1)sounds???
2)sounds???
3)sounds???
1. Are you planning to bring Gran Turismo to the PS4 in a timely fashion, or will we have to wait 4 years after launch like with GT5 on PS3?
Answer a few of your questions
Kaz interview

Will other be a livery editor?
1)Livery Editor
2nd question.
https://www.gtplanet.net/kazunori-yamauchi-on-gran-turismo-6-standardpremium-cars/

Id probably ask.
Why no 360 camera
Why no decent Fast forward Rewind in replay
Does the asymmetrical tread pattern of a tire affect stopping distance

my 3 Qs would be about

Engine sounds
Track number
Pricing on DLC

edit: then I'd kick myself in the ass for not asking about a Livery editor/

There are quite a few questions I would want to ask him but some from the top of my head are:

1) Will you drop standard cars once a GT game is being made for the PS4?

2) Have you ever considered bringing back cars from GT1 and GT2?

3) Will B-spec be the way it was in GT4 for GT6?

1. How bad is your hearing loss?
2. Do you use hearing aids?
3. Does the PD sound department also suffer from hearing loss?

1.Will there be “Standard Cars” in GT6?
2.Will there be “Premium Cars” in GT6?
3.THERE WILL BE REMOVE IN GT6!

1. Would you ever consider creating satellite PD studios in Europe and the USA that employ people that meet your strict criteria of quality production and work ethic, to allow you to tap into the raw enthusiasm for their respective automotive markets?

2. Where do you see yourself and Polyphony Digital in the next 15 years?

3. What feature would you most like to add to GT that you haven't been able to?

The Key would be to ask him things he'd want to answer, not things you want to know.

1) As a racing driver Kaz, would you be happy to enter events where you have no opportunity to qualify and are always forced to start from the back of a rolling train of cars 5s apart, giving you an approximate 30s penalty relative to pole position?

2) Do you think the simulation aspect of GT should just be restricted to graphics, physics, helmets & race suits or would you consider allowing players to simulate racing by being able to qualify, have standing starts & full damage and allow players to create custom championships with entry restrictions on power weight & tyres - you know like real racing?

3) Given that most of the weirder decisions in GT5 such as... artificial reward system (levelling, locked cars, strange economics etc...), lack of qualifying, no standing starts, lack of entry restrictions etc... all seem to stem from the fact that the AI is so poor it is incapable of offering a more realistic racing reward system (ie winning the race against similar competition) will you be rewriting the AI from scratch so that we can actual simulate racing and the normal rewards that brings?

1. In one sentence, what would constitute the ultimate GT game?
2. Why does PD remain a relatively small team despite its huge success?
3. Why on earth does GT5 and GT6 include car models from the PS2?

1. Will you replace the standars versions of the cars like shelby cobra?

2. Will you insert old Gran Turismo tracks like Pikes Peak, SSR11, or Grindewald?

3. Will you make Fiat Panda a premium car :P ?

  1. Will it be possible to upload a replay on youtube
  2. will it be possible to set the zoom of the cockpit view, with a more stable eye, the car moving around.
  3. How many cars can we give / day , still 1 or unlimited ?

Will we see some old tracks return to GT6 like Special Stage Route 11, Midfield Raceway, Red Rock Raceway, etc?

Any more customization options like engine swaps, liverys, more Race Mods?

Any cars featured from old GT's in GT6 like the Viper RT/10, Espace F1, Cultus Pikes Peak, Black Castrol Supra?

Very clever. But I was being serious unlike your post that does nothing but waste space in this thread. And forgive my cynicism, but I would love to hear a response from PD or Mr. Yamauchi himself. If it's a technical reason or something that's beyond their possibilities, I would definitely accept the fact that some cars just don't sound right.

Much appoligies, I do understand why a lot of you don't like the sounds but I was taking a stab at the people with repeated questions like the 3 "are you deaf" questions and such. But I actually would like to hear him answer my questions in all seriousness, as silly as it sounds. With all this demand for better sounds, I would like to know what he thinks about us all asking for them and if he really will try to improve. The 3rd question would be just to lighten things up. I'll keep my questions more serious next time.

Only got one question.

1. Will we be able to transfer our profile/credits/cars from GT5 to GT6?

+1

1. Why are the sounds still terrible?
2. Why are PS2 quality cars in a PS3 game?
3. Why don't you hire some more people to create a game not destined for ridicule and failure?

1. Can I join the PD team as a content planner?
2. Can I go for a ride in your Ford GT?
3. Will you marry me?

And if time allowed a fourth one: WOULD YOU DROP B-SPEC ALREADY?!?!

1.Are we going to be able to set condition on every track we go on?
2.Is there going to be more options for customization?(change rim and tire size, spacers for suspension, bigger rim selection)
3.Are all the tracks that were absent in GT5 coming back?(SSR11,Mid-field,Sonoma Raceway) I really want Gymkhana back

How many new tracks will there actually be excluding GT5 DLC?

Will any of the GT5 tracks not be returning?

Will you please include the early 90's Toyota Hilux?

Despite the expected and sometimes hilarious sillyness, there are some good questions here. Some top ranking material up to this point:

-How do you reconcile the fact that you're a professional race car driver and obviously enjoy competing against other professional race car drivers, and yet the AI in your games is so poorly programmed that players don't get the slightest hint of what that real experience must be like?

-Will future DLC tracks in GT6 be integrated into the main game via additional career mode events?

Did you learn anything from hybriding?

From which sources do you look for constructive criticism?

Will there be customizable garage filters or multiple customizable "favorites" tabs?

. . . . . . . ^ this is sorely needed, no doubt. Custom Garage Tabs.

Would you ever consider creating satellite PD studios in Europe and the USA that employ people that meet your strict criteria of quality production and work ethic, to allow you to tap into the raw enthusiasm for their respective automotive markets?

. . . . . . . Wow! You hit a bullseye with that one, mate. Great shot. 👍

-Why does PD remain a relatively small team despite its huge success?

. . . . . . . ^ A company making a product that sold 9 million units at $50 a pop would certainly have the capital to invest in a stronger workforce, no? Where is the money going? What percentage goes to the corporate heads at Sony? I understand Kaz desperately wants to keep the 'soul on display' when making these games, but hiring more modelers to shorten the 6 man-month-per-car conundrum should have no effect on the soul or intimacy of Gran Turismo. None. He and his closest crewmembers need to spend more of their extremely precious time on more important things now.

After these great questions from you guys, I just want to expand on a topic that has been mentioned but not propertly asked in my humble opinion:

What are your thoughts on a full blown Custom Event Creator- you know with the ability to string races into a points championship, set parameters, choose classes or even individual opponents and tune them, etc- giving your game infinite replayability, online AND offline?

(yes I know the recent silverstone presentation says GT6 will have a championship creator- but that has the word "online" firmly attached to it which is a bit worrying to say the least..)

.

1. What is your name?
2. What is your favorite colour?
3. What is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow?
👍

Will we have levels, licences, or a mixture of both? It seemed a bit odd having licences when they didn't have a real use...

I think it is pretty much essential, even if they do provide a career mode more like GT4s. If PD want to persist calling GT a simulator they really should let you simulate some race situations - an offline championship editor would be a big step in the right direction.

Sadly, this time around I am not going to get my hopes up. When I remember all the pre-release marketing & hype and compare that to what we actually got with GT5, I'll not even consider GT6 until a couple of months after release when all the reviews are in!

👍

Indeed removing the point of licenses was another big step back towards an arcade game.

my 3 questions would be:

1) Is the Peel P50 making into GT6?
2) Is the Reliant robin death car making into GT6?
3) Can i have a cookie??
