english, stop playing stupid. Either you understand and have something to respond or you play the stupid card. I believe you are smart and can argue without playing stupid
or try making others stupid because they have other view than you. No one knows
what PD will do. This thread and all others are free to speculate. Only way i feel otherwise is if it is on GT planet first page as officiall news or prooved as fact.
Please argue as i know you can!

What has any of that got to do with what I posted? I'm not playing stupid, I'm playing confused/flabbergasted that he suggested PS4 isn't going to be any more visually revealing than PS3 when it comes to standard cars, as if the fact they're both HD is the only thing that affects the jarring problems.

i of the opinion that GT7 wont be that much better looking than GT6 and thats because GT6 is really so beautiful already

so its gonna be 1,080p@60fps

its gonna have better lighting, i suspect slightly better premium models and they will cut down on the std models

i'm thinking much better shadows which is very bad in 6

i also reckon grid starts at last

A PS4 GT should and will look a lot better than GT6. The cars might be rather good but the environments are really lacking for the most part, as that photo of Forza 5 I posted earlier showed. You won't see anything like that in GT6, and rightly so. Also watch some Driveclub videos and see the scenery, way beyond what GT6/PS3 can do.

ok now i get you, but saying short senteces without meaning when normally posting good feedback or own thoughts makes it like you play arrogant and actually not so smart as you are.
So maybe languagebarrier but i respect your thoughts and feelings. I know that no matter what you think or 2 million fans think, PD thinks as they like. But untill true facts arrive we all speculate. And as such everything is allowed as long as all know it is not officiall or against someone personal.
I like to have feedback if i say stuff wrong ( may not be the way i thought but it sounded wrong in post) and keep that in mind, english is not all first language.

It's not maybe, it is absolutely the language barrier, look sorry to be blunt but that is what it is in this case, I responded to you and you didn't respond back. And I too can hardly understand what you're trying to say. I mean great job on the effort but not much else I can say or give credit to after that. General idea is that you support GT/PD and can't wrap your head around why we've got issues with standard cars.

What if GT7 didn't even advertise that standards are in the game?
They barely advertised that they were in GT5.

Op you can relax, if you took notice at GT6 car roster you would see that PD is actively removing duplicates.
It really is amazing that you still keep trying to claim this. It's not true, it's never been true, people have explained to you multiple times how it isn't true, and it does nothing but make you look foolish when you continue to act as if it is true. I took notice of the GT6 car roster. I compared it to GT5's car roster extensively, both before release when they posted the whole thing and after release by hand going through dealerships.

Blah blah blah "Base Model"
Blah blah blah "Stealth Model"
Blah blah blah "Sponsored Model"
Acura NSX Concept
Honda NSX Concept
Huayra 2011
Huayra 2013
Veyron "2013"
Veyron 2009
Ford GT 2005
Ford GT 2006

Most of those are claimed "New to GT6".

And every single one of those Miatas are back (including the fake ones). Every single one of those GTOs are back (including the fake ones). Every single one of those S2000s are back (including the fake ones). Every single one of those Renaults are back (including the fake ones). Every single Lexus is back (including the fake ones). Every single "Silvia" is back (including the fake ones). Every single Skyline is back (including the fake ones). Every single 350Z is back (including the fake ones). Every single RX-7 is back (including the fake ones). Every single Vauxhall is back (including the fake ones). Even the duplicate concept cars are back.
They even went so far as to make the Miatas, including the fake ones, all to sub-premium level; implying that they are never going to get rid of them, and that they apparently just don't care about car accuracy anymore so long as they meet their numbers quota. They even remade the 2005 Ford GT as a Premium even though the 2006 was already there, then had the balls to claim it was "New to GT6."

So what duplicates did they cull, exactly? Now, I'm sure I'm going to get another tired lecture about how "the years are different so the cars are different;" but until you bother explaining how they are different (and proof that those differences are modeled, which is just as important because PD rarely bothers) so as to justify the spiel you go on every time someone complains about them, you're just yelling against the wind.

GT6 is not 1920x1080 it's 1440x1080. Upgrading to 1920 will be a significant improvement. A stable framerate will also be huge. Fixing the flickering lines and shadows will also be huge. Those things alone will make a big difference.

Calling someone stupid that many times in a post this badly structured is, well, just stupid.

They copy-pasted Vauxhalls/Opels just to inflate the list a bit more. It's childish.

Huayra 2011
Huayra 2013
I'm going to warn, I didn't read your entire post. I skimmed it. Bunch of Blah blah blah Cars blah blah blah

BUT!

To be fair, the 2011, is well. The regular Huayra. The 2013 Huayra is the Track Pack model. Athough it has the wrong wheels. It's supposed to have pretty much the same wheels as the Zonda R.

Sooooooooooo
complaints go.

There are far more standards than just miatas, gtos and skylines. If they drop them nobody will complain. What if they droped the "other" standards? Would the game still be the same without those cars?

What about doing the same for GT2000, Some of cars in GT2000 were now PS2 material except that they needed a makeover so if they could show us a demo of the possible GT7, and also giving some standards a makeover. We could be seeing the future those standards in GT6. And for the current premium cars, they should be given a ultra premium makeover.

True, i will try to simplify my thoughts. I have to had missed a post, sorry.
But your final conclusion is correct.
I support PD in the matter if they release standards in GT7 because they cant hurt anyone.

You have lurched right into the truth. The resolution of GT7 won't be noticeably different, true 1920x1080. But having 16 times more unified ram is going to allow for more detailed surroundings with more textures and detail, and the multicore CPU having easier access to this fast ram should allow PD to bring the world to life much better. I expect a more polished lighting system too, so that 10:30am at Ascari doesn't look like pre-dawn.

But the cars? Pretty much the same, though I do expect more on track.

Fiat 500f

fiat 500f is already premium (why Pd don't remove the orrible and unuseful standard model???)

My bad. I should have checked more carefoully when posted the list. And i agree with you. They should ditch the duplicate standards in the future.

Heh. You know, why do we even bother saying PD shouldn't or wouldn't put standard cars in GT7, they will, but not in GT7P. All PD cares is quantity in hopes GT gains good sales, they don't care what we, the fans, think. They (PD), and ESPECIALLY Kaz, also hope we just buy their next game, with a flick of a finger, because that's all they care about, thinking quantity over quality is good.

Well PD can go right ahead and add back the PS2 standard cars, with no changes to them at all in GT7 on PS4. Not like they care anyways. And yes, Negative Toko is back, but not because of the updates this time, but because Kaz only cares for himself and not his fans. If he did, he would've listen to us and finishing the game, but refuses.

If he did, he would've listen to us and finishing the game, but refuses.
I believe they care about fans but even fans are divided. Perhaps they will choose the DLC way instead so it will be free to choose, that way the ones that dont want them never need to see them again. I hope they do it like that.

Do the in game premium cars look as good as photomode? No. They will in PS4, that is why they said all along they modeled the cars to that LOD.

This is pure question, but does PD have officiall presscontact? Or are many of their claims taken from PD staff saying something here and there when they are interviewd for other stuff. Like the GT7 mentions. No oficiall but we jump to it like it is and then we are dissapointed.

Yeah, I'm sure they care about the fans. When we buy their games to gain good sales... :\
Name me one company that don't care about good sales. GT was always about cars, a lot of cars. And a lot of fans keep buying the game primaly becouse there are so many cars. Maybe you would be satisfied seeing only 400 cars, I won't. Now should PD take the oposite route to satisfy you or should they keep the amount of cars to satisfy me? You haters don't even consider an option of having all the cars. Even an DLC would rise your noses. I just don't get it sorry.
I don't have a lot of option on my PS3. So I play GT6. And I drive all the cars. Standards or premium dosen't mather much. As many of players do I'm also using only chase or bumper view. I barely notice the difference betwen S and P during a race as I'm focusing far ahead of the car.
The game is not perfect? Well am sure the blame goes on standards.
