This car has been through a lot. I know it's going to get a lot of haters, but I like it.

I've seen some pretty sweet Camrys around.

That BMW is at least for the most part very well done. The chopped roof isn't my thing at all though.

I don't know if I'd go out and chop the top of a BMW, but I think in this example it can pull it off.

Has anybody bought something from Rocket Bunny? I'm thinking about getting their little duck tail wing but not too sure how it works.

Pig nose = broke status. It just goes along with faded paint/mismatched paint, dents and crap wheels.

See? The zenki front end isn't really any better than the pignose, either... Really, the only way to make an S13 good looking is with the kouki Type-X aero, or simply go with a bodykit and overfenders.

With all these people ratting out higher end cars, there's obviously people with a lot of money doing these things to the cars. What I want to see is someone pick up a beater Ferrari 308 and give it the rust treatment and slam it to the floor. It would cost less that tuning a new A4 for instance, and would be definitely far more unique.

Anyone with me?

Is every Ferrari sacred? Even the rather dull ones that are nearing their deaths anyways? There are also over ten thousand of them... I don't see why reviving one in the name of creativity would do any harm.

^^^ It would have to be executed REALLY well though... If its not then it will only be flamed to death...

-edit:

I mean a similar project could turn out like this and thats just BAD.... :)

Can someone tell me what the wheels on the top s13 are please?
I think a clean zenki s13 can look just as good as a kouki type x in it's own way. I've owned both.

I'm with you exigeracer:tup:
Nothing wrong with something a bit different.

Diamond "Racing" steelies. At 20+ lbs for 15"s, they're quite heavy, hence why Racing is used in quotations.

I'm sure it's possible to make something nice out of a pignose or zenki S13, but the Kouki front is much more than just a cosmetic upgrade. It offers better airflow to the cooling system and brakes, something that is a major flaw on the pignose. And it just looks better.

Wouldn't call the 308 dull. One of the prettiest Ferraris ever, IMO.

Actually, I wouldn't call any Ferrari dull really. They look the way they do for a reason. I'm not normally too precious about people modifying cars (unless they're doing it to something particularly rare) but Ferraris are one thing I like to see remaining standard.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see what it'd look like, I just wouldn't like to see it done. Maybe someone could do it to one of those Toyota MR2-based replicas or something. That'd be acceptable.

Also, that Camry on the previous page was pretty cool. I even like the colour. It's the first Camry I've ever seen that doesn't make me want to watch paint dry instead.

Would you agree that this is a good start?

Just gotta keep turning the Trend Dial until it's bordering offensive.

I agree with you about the airflow, my kouki always managed to stay cooler than the zenki.
It's a pity those wheels are so heavy, but if they were cheap, they might be worth it for spares.

I was either going for the AW11 or the Miata when I was looking for my first car. But it seemed like there was little aftermarket support for them besides for the engine (obviously, being a 4AG) Not to mention to find one that wasn't rusted all to hell was like finding a hooker with less than one STD.

$80 a piece sounds ok, they'll probably cost too much by the time they're delivered though. I think the rpf1s are too expensive to be beating on and I prefer the look of those steelies anyway. Thanks for the help all:tup:
