One Lexus with front license plate and the other without.. I knew in some states it's legal to drive without, but what if you drive into a different state?

Doesn't matter, you're from a different state. I used to get warnings all the time in Colorado for not having a plate on the front. Thankfully I don't have to worry about it here in Arizona.

You know what he meant..
I'm pretty sure he meant

Eric.
I think it needs some sort of wing/spoiler.

And I corrected him in saying it does. If he had said it needed some kind of bigger wing/spoiler, then yeah, but he said "some sort", which might as well be "any kind at all". Which it does, and I think it's a very effective subtle improvement.

It's got a spoiler, just a small flat one that extends off the back of the car.

I generally like it that way, wingless or or a little one. Not always, but it is nice. Anyway:

Thought those were Racing Beats, but they're Chevlons. They look exactly the same.

So...who copied who? Racing Beat RB-02s were made by Racing Hart. I just learned they actually stopped selling them quickly because of serious quality issues.

I really don't know sir, you're the wheel master, I didn't even know both companies you named haha!

Love the ricetastic front bumper and side skirts "modified" to work in a performance setting. The skirts look like a bucket overflowing with fat.

Just because it's different doesn't mean it's any good. 3000s have been shunned from the performance community for a reason.

God, the more I look at it the more horrible it gets. Those brake ducts look like something an American shop would do!

Can you explain more about 3000s in general? I mean, I don't know much about them, other than they're fat and I never see them here.

Twin turbo 3.0L V6 with AWD and 6 speed trans. They're pretty heavy because of this but can make pretty good power. You could also get them NA but the NA wasn't offered with AWD here in the states as far as I know.

They were pretty technically advanced with things like active aero and active suspension.

See, yeah, the active aero and AWD I do remember. I just don't see many in this thread, or tuned for that matter. I thought that AWD and NA was in fact offered here in the states though. Idk, they generally don't go too cheap either, as far as I've seen. They just don't seem too practical for going in lines that aren't straight, considering weight and understeer, though, uhh, they weigh something similar to a Skyline GTR. What's the missing piece?

They're front heavy and hard to work on. From what I hear parts are expensive and hard to find. Much like the 300ZX I think most people are going to pass this one up for a Supra.

Oh, should have guessed on the front heavy bit. Transverse mounted V6. And the difficult to work on is part design, part the amount of tech crammed in I guess?

They're expensive to maintain & tons of tech. is pretty much it.

They can be very fast, but you have to have a deep, soft spot for the 3KGT/Stealth to dump the amount of money needed. This is probably the best known one in Dallas; runs 586awhp on 26lbs. of boost.
