I agree for some reason I think thers just too many spokes that are too large and it just looks too over the top kind of like the modern day chrome spinners there is too much going on. IMO

I mostly don't like them because they made a replica wheel and made no mention of it like it's an original wheels. Much like Varrstoen that claims to have designed/manufacture 'the perfect wheel'

The Rotiform is a copy of a Lamborghini wheel.

The "originals" will be purchased by Lamborghini (I doubt they produce them themselves) whether Rotiform made a copy or not, so they aren't really taking away potential customers. Not to mention 99% of the authentic Lamborghini wheels are only going to appear on something else if someone buys them used, so Lamborghini will have already been paid for them.

Varrstoens on the other hand, made a copy of a wheel from another aftermarket brand, and therefore are directly taking potential customers from the same consumer base. Not really the same thing.

Lamborghini's wheels are produced by Speedline, & made strictly for Lamborghini, hence why the factory charges around $2,400+ a wheel w/o tire, as well as to why Lamborghini gives each wheel its own model name.

I know the Rotiform is a replica Lambo wheel. But I wouldn't dislike them so much if they just said, "this is a replica Lambo wheel for VW applications without the use of adapters"

I know they aren't killing off as much of the customer base as Varrstoen is, and they are making it a more available wheel to enthusiasts. It's not that big of a problem but they both produce replica wheels

i wouldn't judge Rotiform because of one wheel design, they have an entire line of great wheels.

Your username cracks me up.

Me and my sons call the neighbors Datschund that name!!! Hahahaha good times made chuckle.

I know the Rotiform is a replica Lambo wheel.
It's not a replica. The spoke design is inspired by the LP550-4 wheel, but the overall shape and construction is completely different. The wheel was totally redesigned by Rotiform to suit their goal. They don't make any knockoff wheels.

This is the kind of functional fitment that looks good on everything.

Has does that not qualify as a replica wheel? And it's the LP560-4. The overall shape and design is exactly the same, the BLQ. They took that wheel and made it 2 or 3 piece and manufactured concave faces as well.

A replica is a copy that is relatively indistinguishable from the original

I can see the M3 and GS. The Lexus is straight up McNasty.

In honor of Monster Tajima's world record of 9:51.278 minutes up Pikes Peak today, here are pictures of the car he used:

I've been told this thing is a Kia. Iono? Any ideas?

And if it's a Kia, why don't they sell it here?

It's the Kia Cadenza, and they are supposed to be selling it here in the states either this year or next.

It's kind of sad Rod Millen's time has finally been beaten at the Peak... But then again it was to be expected, it's mostly asphalt now whereas 17 years ago it was still mostly gravel. Next year it'll be paved all the way to the top, so we can expect those times to go down even more... Slicks will appear, aero will now play an even bigger role, it'll become kind of just like every other hillclimb... Only a bit taller, and with a better view at the top.

Oh well.
