What?

I mean, some of the detailing is a bit questionable, but the proportions are fantastic. Probably my favorite car in the world in production at the moment.

I agree, plus the glorious engine

Also that LFA vs. NSX photo highlights how unbelievably disgusting the LFA is. One of the ugliest cars on the planet, and it's also quite large.

You go stand in the naughty corner for 30 minutes.

Nothing new to share with the S2000 unfortunately. Roll cage is still incomplete. They seem to be wholly focused on their RX-8 at the moment.

Also, Ollie Clark's "Gobstopper" is effin' crazy.

I would think since you are a paying customer that they would try to get it finished ahead of working on a shop car.

It's all about demand for them. The RX-7 put them on the map, and they've been promising an RX-8 kit for a while now.

Also, I delivered my car to them before any LS-swapped S2000s had been finished--it was only supposed to be a one-off project--so it wasn't until a while after that they realized it would be worthwhile to develop a kit for the platform, at which point other parts not necessarily applicable to my specific build had to be designed, fabricated, and test-fit to my car (headers for NA builds, for instance) to cover a range of possibilities. Being that they're such a small shop with so much on their plate, I'm content to wait as long as it takes. 👍

I'd agree with Keef actually. More than just some of the detailing is questionable and I don't even like the proportions - it's too squat and blocky for a supercar and the rear is like a barn door. The front for me is spoiled by the massive gap between bumper and hood, and the rest of the car looks like the designers got bored so slapped vents wherever they saw some free space...

Speed Junkie, that Maserati picture is almost 9MB. You might want to resize and reupload it in a better format because that's just stupid.

I always try to post the originals if I can for anyone who would want to save it although I am aware that photo is far from being desktop background worth but it has just become a habit :)

Yeah, its a poor quality photo to begin with. Post a link to the full size. There's no reason I should be waiting for that to load.

A 9 mb photo, how long does that take for you guys to load? Becaus here it's just a couple of seconds of my life more, the board resizes it automaticly, no problem.. I wish all photos were that big, would've been worth saving them. Many photos are beautiful but just so damn small.

The only problem I had is that my computer froze momentarilly while scrolling down, then had to wait about 10 seconds for all the pictures to load and to go down the page seamlessly, not much of a hassle really, it has happened before with pages that have more pictures even with less res. though I do agree that picture is just too big, even for a desktop.

You would notice some issues with how the browser was handling the rendering. Plus several members here are in countries that have monthly bandwidth caps. And some of us are browsing from phones. A lot of reasons to not post a 9mb file.

A soft, boring, "oh look a Maserati" picture.

I've seen much higher quality photos that are less than 1mb, so that isn't really a good excuse either.

EDIT: Yeah, 60D with the kit lens, wide open at 1/30th. Guy using it has no clue what he is doing to get a usable image with such a junk lens.
