No, he got into a bit of a mingle where (I believe) he was ever-so-slightly touched from behind, resulting in him nudging JPM's rear end. I'm not entirely sure that JPM wasn't slightly at fault either - he had to brake to avoid the Trulli-Schumacher confrontation.

Yeah his whole rear wing, which ruined his race because it took a whole 2 laps to fit a new one.

Although Ralf needs a good solid kick in the head for doing his 'racing by myself' for most of the race trick.

Well I suppose he did well for starting at 17th (was it 17th?) on the grid.

Hmm. You may want to watch the helicam view of the first corner again.

Pizzonia came in way too fast. He'd been locked up for about 50m before he even arrived at the corner, and he gave Montoya a fair punt.

Giles, I saw the Pizzonia thing too. It looked like he was too busy passing cars to notice the 2nd corner approaching. Even if there hadn't been an incident there already he'd have started one.

I guess he got lucky in that Schuey took all the blame for the incident. Let's hope Pizzonia knows how lucky he was and doesn't get so overexcited again.

Ferrari really do seem to be having problems with the new rules as for the first corner I think Schumi was probably a bit fazed with having other cars around him for the first time in ages.
Coulthard would have walked it if his Macca hadnt given up the ghost.
