Thank you to GTP_Stotty and MeAgainstYou for an amazing race just now. It was an honour finishing third just behind two of the fastest guys out there. Top 3 (M.A.U, Stotty, Myself) all ran 10'07/10'08s. And thank you to Holden AGAIN for allowing me to actually bloody enjoy an online event again with his legendary vette tune, I was really losing the will to bother with 750pp.

Also apologies to the GTLM driver who I couldn't avoid in T1, dunno who it was but I am desperately sorry :(

drama_kyd, really awesome racing with you. Clean, fast, courteous...that's the best thing about the world events, racing against those you wouldn't normally encounter.

Sorry to you, wheelman007 and to mink_GTRP for any bumps..still working out the limits in the TLD Corvette/Tuned.

Sorry to everyone who died because of me tonight. First 2 or 3 races I couldn't do anything right :yuck:

I think Rudi ended up getting the worst of it - I counted at least 12,000,000 times I did something really stupid to him, couldn't keep my car on the track :dunce:

That race was one of the highlights of my time on-line tonight... not as many tagged drivers today and loads more tossers!

off to bed to snuggle up to my wife now :)

I'm out folks, thanks again to those mentioned for some meorable racing, and also to mink_GTRP and GTP_SimcoeAce for great driving. Gotta say Simcoe, when I passed you around the outside in one of the esses (in the race with Hugo) that was the highlight of my night! I remember a few nights ago you and Sinsemila barged past me before the hairpain and disappeared while I was picking up the pieces...it was great to be able to compete with you properly ;)

Apologies to GTP_zzALI, I think you took a lot of grief off me tonight when you were in front/behind in your GTLM, sorry for any hassle :(

Also I must have messaged at least 3 people about their unsporting driving tonight, that's a record for me. I won't name names. Stotty's right, a lot of let-downs tonight.

watch the clock on main screen, soon as it hits the relevant time...hit the x button, make sure clock is set with internet though

Well that was my inaugural first proper "on the quarter" GTP race!!!!! Great racing WannB - I got a bit Jostled at times - such a noob.

Yea - I was not a fan of Zeroduck. Are you using a tuner's tune? If so, which one?

Vanos, where did you come from? I had Doctor ben in front of me the whole time! What happened!?

As for the GTlm, no it's not from a tuners garage:)

I'm open to any comments on ettiquette or driving, im new and I want to get better.

did you mean me? you sent me all the way to the wall once in that race, at the 180 degree left turn before the back straight. in the race we just finished, we had a run-in at t1, and i thought you were quite a gentleman. :)

as for advice on ettiqutte, id just say thik abotu your passes, and if you think youre making a pass that will send the other guy to the moon, dont make the pass. :)
 
WannaB, sorry about those lights. And at that 100 degree right hander where I bumped you off, i got bumped by a rd clio, bumped into you, i stopped, you went. momentum at its finest. Im learning - should have givin you more room when i let you past after the esses.

Zissou, I did not mean you by that comment, but I have just started to learn to race with human beings - not just machines... You comment here makes me more more appreciatig of sharing the trackwith you. My fault - I'm going to concentrate on that in this race.

yes no worries, i think all those hits i took in that race were payback for my aggressive overtakes on you earlier
 
Sitting out till 15, having a breather and putting ointment on those bruises i just got in that race:sly:
