Hi everyone, Alan here from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

I exclusively play GT7 on the PS5 and I’m a pesky controller player for now or until I sort the spare room into a man cave.

Have been playing GT games for yrs, just casually tho. This year i will he gettin set up with a rig, why is it that whatever hobby I take up is never cheap!.

Found this place while googling for GT7 racing leagues as I’m simply interested in joining a community with like minded people for a bitta craic and good clean racing, as even in sport mode online there’s still plenty of dirty drivers

Never joined a league before So if someone would be so kind enough and show me the ropes on how to get started it would be greatly appreciated

I (ab)use this forum since I play GTS.. mostly looking for tunings and setups..

Daytimes I’m mostly racing with my german and at night with my american friends.. and before u ask..
NOPE, I NEVER SLEEP 😂

I’m racing with controller, although I’ve got everything else at home (racing seat, steering wheel)

The reason why I now joined the community is GT 7.. we’re all sitting in that same cracked boat and I want to contribute..

I've found GT Planet searching for a problem on my GT DD Pro
I'm from Switzerland and I'm 28 Y.O 👋
I started playing games with wheel on F1 2017 but seriously from 2020
Like I said I use the GT DD Pro with V3 and it's new but already has a strange issue 😅 I'll post on the right forum
I like to play GT7 too, assetto Corsa, and soon WRC10
And Hope to find a nice and helpful community with nice people 👌👌 and maybe play games together.

  • Playing TOCA with my dad when I was young kid.
  • Controller only unfortunately, don't have the space for a wheel :(
  • I enjoy most genres of games, shooter & sports games are my usual though.
  • Finding groups of similar minded people when it comes to time attack events, race events, set ups and so on!

From bonny Scotland around the Lanarkshire area and play sim racers and various other games but my passion is cars and racing.
I use the Logitech G293 upgraded paddle shift and GT steering wheel with urgraded true brake pedal..
I found here looking for some tuning setups for my cars on GT7 and like what a see.

Would be good to link up with some new friend's on GT7 as unfortunately have none that play it....How sad! 😥😁 would be good to compare times etc.

Very interested in the Leagues as never had the opportunity to take part competitively so any invites fire away...

My PSN name is also my user name. I’m also on a g923 with the brake upgrade.
 
Hi Guys, Im Viliam from Slovakia.
I think i found gtplanet when i try find tips about drifting in older GT games but registered only yesterday.
I started play games around 1999 - 2000 ToCa and Gran turismo but my first game was Rally Crross 2
On Playstation i play only with controller but on PC i got Thrustmaster T150 RS Pro
and others games that i enjoy are Fortnite , CaC Red Alert 2 some FPS games and Project cars in VR :D
 
What's up gt planet my name is Jeff lol. Born and raised in NY love cars since the day I was able to play with a fisherprice steering wheel. I love anything with a engine. My heart is with Subaru but I love and appreciate all cars motorcycles planes if it has a engine I like it. Recently got into watching F1 racing, love drifting, rally all of it !!! Lol stay blessed my fellow car enthusiast let's spread love !

I played a lot the first GT ever on my PS1 console. After that, I never touched the game again. This year, I purchased a PS5, a G29 setup and I started to play the GT7.
I was trying to find help with car setups and how to deal with some game challenges and found this incredible community.

20 years + ago. But I havent played for long until 2 months ago.

  • Do you play with a steering wheel? If so, what kind do you use?
Yes. Just purchased a Logitech G29.

  • What other games do you enjoy?
Fortnite, COD, FIFA, Horizon... All the types that you can think of, basically.

  • What are you most looking forward to doing in the community?

Being a "looker" for many years, since Gran Turismo 5.
Racing since Top Gear from SNES.
Playing exclusively GT7 with a DD Pro.
I kind of play everything but like to focus on a single game at a time. Just platined Elden Ring after 140h.
My goal here is the experience exchange with the community!

I was trying to get tips on how to tune a Camaro SS 16. I have played gran turismo in the past but it's been a long time. I am unfamiliar with how to tune a car. I am losing alot of traction and spinning out on take offs. If someone could lend a hand I would be appreciative

I found GT Planet when looking up best GR3 cars for GT7.
I'm from Honolulu, Hawaii 🤙
I probably started playing racing games when I was like maybe 10 or so.
I enjoy other open world games, most favorite is GTA.
I'm looking forward to just making more friends of the game

I find GTPlanet by google, I was trying to find how to win the new Tokyo Expressway WTC 600.
I am from China.
I started playing GT since I was a teenager, about 15 years ago.
I play with a joystick, I have ordered a Fanatec DD pro.
I also enjoy FPS games, say CODs.
I would like to learn from other friends and share experiences, improve my skills.

I found GTPlanet whilst looking for liverys.
Im from England.
The earliest i can think of was super sprint on the spectrum way back in the 80s.
I play with a thrustmaster t500 rs with a custom wheel from 3dRap
I mostly enjoy survival stuff like Empyrion or other racing games rfactor 2, assetto corsa competizione.
Convincing enough people to lobby PD to put Zolder in gt7!

Not sure on when, but my first GT game was 3 A-Spec, and I got my Logitech G29 for GT5. Played Sport and I'm on the GT7 grind in my ratted Mini 65.
I've had every F1 game since 2015 (+2010) and every FIFA from 14 to 22 (-19)
Just meeting like minded folk I guess.
