Due to an immense lack of down time post-season, the Zahara round will not be rescheduled this season. Personally, I was looking forwards to it, but at this point I'd rather focus on making the Zahara TT system the debut for the track. Schedule remains unchanged.

Don't know if anyone's cared to look, but the season 2 calendar's posted on the OP.

THREAD UPDATE: OP has been updated to include full overall points standings and updated calendar. Oval and Road Course points will be posted tonight.

Unofficially, NearFear wins the Madrid 100! However, a few points I want to address:
1) Races that are not at Motegi, Daytona, Indianapolis, or High Speed Ring will utilize standing restarts. This was proven really effective tonight.
2) Pit commitment lines are that; once you are inside those lines, you cannot break them. This was said before each race, but now I'm really emphasizing this.
3) Divebombs are considered highly avoidable collisions and will be penalized as such.
4) Cautions are considered official from the first full caution lap to the third caution lap. Until all cars have gathered, wounded cars can be overtaken. Also, pits are closed until the first full lap starts. For those unclear on this, TBICS has it covered.
With that said, congrats to @NearCptNitro on his win, and see you all tomorrow.

Can you please take my name off the sign up list. I can't do Indy Lights anymore due to time of races. Hope the season goes well.

For those waiting on Madrid results, there was a breaking of a distance rule which states that all races must follow a 100 mile/60 minute limit. The Madrid race was 82 minutes 47 seconds long. The PRB delegated this Sunday before "the other thing" happened, and delegated earlier after Hardy's press conference and have come to the sensible conclusion to count the results as they were at the 60 minute mark.

As I finish up the report, I will indicate discrepancies that will also be sorted out.
->After hazderjer had left the race, a scoring error occured on GT6's behalf which caused the race director BRRT_Angel to believe that Alan_2134 had been in sixth place, while upon review, before being mistakenly ordered to restart 6th on a restart, he had led laps 43-48.
->Race results are based on 51 laps, the closest lap after the leaders reached 60 minutes.
->All restarts at tracks that are not high speed ovals (Indianapolis, Daytona, Motegi, SSRX, HSR) will use grid restarts after cautions. At Indianapolis, SSRX, and HSR, Three abreast rolling restarts will occur, while at Daytona and Motegi, double file rolling restarts will occur.
->Following considerable tending, the PRB recommends the discontinued use of: Circuito de Madrid Mini, Matterhorn complex, Eiger Nordwand, Special Stage Route X, Tsukuba Circuit, Special Stage Route 5, and All Cape Ring variations outside of the Inside layout.

Thank you Kuni, those points will be considered.

Due to careful consideration of what 2015 will bring, the Indy Lights will change it's format to act as a true feeder series to the Turtle Beach IndyCar Series. Starting January 1, 2015, all Indy Lights events will take place the morning of the IndyCar Series events except for Indy 500

My team would be able to field a car for you.

Well, attendance wasn't as expected, but pole and win for myself. Clean racing throughout, so thanks to all that showed up.

Never too late, and Ninja was at Indy

Okay, since no one seems to be biting at the ideas of karts, One-Make or even GRID, I am announcing that Indy Lights will continue on for a second season starting after Indy 500. The calendar will be twelve races long with the following makeup: 4 Ovals, 3 Street Circuits, 5 Road Courses. Times the races will be held will also be altered to remove what I see as direct conflicts with other events. All events will take place at 1:00 p.m. EDT except for Daytona which will be held primetime at 7:00 p.m. EDT. Schedule to be released tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay in relaying information here. I've had a busy week thus far, but I can say with important relief that the complete season 2 calendar and part of the season 3 calendar will be posted at precisely 1:30 p.m. EDT today.

THREAD UPDATED: Thread has been updated to include the season 2 calendar and current points standings.

DAYTONA DOUBLE POINTS: The championship race at Daytona will be a double points race. This is to allow for drivers a chance to get redemption with only two races remaining. The system will work similar to that of the Verizon IndyCar Series triple crown points, with bonus points remaining at the same value.
