To let everyone know thoroughly why I made my decision to invalidate the race, there were certain issues that took place that were wrong.
1) When the race was restarted with 5 laps to go, it was wrong. The incident between Windfire1010 and BRRT_Angel was a racing incident. Windfire1010 moved to defend the entrance to pit lane while BRRT_Angel was directly behind. The contact there was unnecessary, but unpenalizable as the person behind was forced to try to evade a brake check.
2) BRRT_Angel's decision to create the shootout, although symbolic, was unwarranted and very disruptive to the whole race. The outcome of the original 80 lap race was also tarnished as drivers had already stopped racing before race end, meaning that there were no results available.
3) The incident in question did not qualify for a safety car as only one vehicle received any damage at all. Even if it did, there were enough laps to run a safety car period and resume racing. This was not considered.
4) There were two incidents earlier in the event that required a safety car period that never got called, this was also overlooked at race end.
5) Not all drivers were on the lead lap despite the misconception. There were 2 one lap down, yet they were allow to battle for higher position.
These are the reasons that fairly support my notion of invalidating those results and ordering a new race be done.
