I did about 35-40 laps last night and only spun twice, both of which were a result of touching the grass, and very little sliding/smoking on the other laps. My best was a 1:02.824 so I must be getting something right.

Oh another one preparing in a serious way for the races.. i'm starting to get worried here about my ability to catch up when i finally get the time for some real practise.

I did about 40 laps today. 👍

You shouldn't have much trouble catching up in the Skyline. It seems like the fastest car. (no pressure. )

Remember, you guys already have one races worth of experience over me! I've never really driven an RX-7 much so I needed to get familiar with it, took a few laps to tame but we seem to have a pretty good relationship now. 👍 I will apologize in advance for blinding the people behind me with tire smoke on occasion, this thing can really burn them up! Lol

You strategy'd him. I beat him in ATCC, he was faster but I kept with him, we both made a mistake each, I oversteered, he ran wide, and I made an almost impossible overtake to take the race.

Yes he beat me in 2 and 3.

I got ahead of him by the 1st pit stops though..........

I qualified 4th, he qualified 1st, I was ahead before strategy took place. Would have won reguardless, the 2 stop almost lost me the race.

Was going to beat him at Tsukuba until some Scottish Woman took me off.

This should be a good race though as it's quite easy to make a mistake and go off at the first and last corners.

Yeah that's what i meant, less difference makes for tight racing.

i'm real good at driving off in that first corner.

If I touch the outer curb in the first corners I'm done for. The last corner, it seems like I take a different line through there everytime.

I'm the same with the last corner.

Whatever I try, I always seem be the same speed through there.

I'm most worried about that Biffy, he's so fast sometimes.. But you are pretty fast as well so who knows, we might be pretty close to the top. I think it's gonna be really tight anyway.

Yeah. Biffy Is quick. But my best lap was only 2 tenths off of him in the GT1s.

But in this I'm expecting him to be in the 1'02.4-5 region, as my car is the worst as far as I can tell.

Couldn't concentrate last time with him making moans and groans every time he got oversteer or couldn't pass me, or everytime it looked like someone was going to divebomb me...

It's weird by the way that you guys talk on skype, it's like you're real people.. when you're just names on a forum you don't get that feeling really. Would feel real weird to hear your voices
