This is me trying to catch up with updates I have missed. :D

Audi Nuvolari: Nice idea with this car. The 3rd and last shots have to be the stand outs to me. Very nice colours and contrast. Sweet headlight detail on the last shot.

Competition Entries:
I think you went with the right shot, I like the way you captured the battle between the S2000 and Trueno. They work great together.

Rally Shots: The first one is nice, but the second one is Superb! Love the angle and the cleanness of the white, but the sky is the selling point. That has to be one of the best skies I have seen, really nicely captured. Love the dark blue too.

Mixed shots: The rally shot is nice, I like how you got the battle between the two cars. I think maybe you blurred the sky too much though.
The Trueno shot is cool, neat angle. The car looks so small. Pitty about the poor textures on the buildings though.
The SLR is my fav out of these three shots, great colour. It has a very nice red tone.
Nice and simple shot of the Accord, is it dirty?

Banners: Interesting effect on the first shot. You got some crazy contrast going on in those shots. I got to say that I hate the lens flare, I guess it is alright if you know how to use it. It just doesn't work in those shots. It is always good to experiment.

Wide screen: Nice shot, but it doesn't stand out like some of your previous updates. You got some nice reflections on the car though.

Tournament Entries:
I like your entry, I have a shot that looks pretty much the same. Too bad about the crappy textures and lack of trees. Should look better in GT5. I really like the orange one with the crazy blue sky, really interesting. Look like a giant blue flame in the sky. Really like the NY shot too.
It is always hard to decide when you take heaps of shots, I think I took 38 shots of my Integra.

330i & SLR: I like the colours, they look a little rough though. The first SLR shot also looks too bright, I like the second SLR shot though. Nice colour and angle. The 330i drift shot is cool too. Looks good in B&W.

Model T Preview: Superb shot, love the sepia tone. Very nice framing too.

Model T Update:
Great colours, nice old feel to most of them. I agree with others, the third has to be the best, sweet angle and colours. Superb textures too. Sweet update.

Battle shots:
Nice shots, the stand outs have to be the first and your tourney entry. I like the colours, they have a interesting tone. You did well in the tourney against Ultra. 👍

Buick: The first is nice, I really like the colour and texture of the road. Great classic old feel to the second shot, love the angle and colour too.

Spoon Integra: Nice shot, loving the colour. Don't like the angle and framing that much though, and the car does seem a bit blurry. Still very nice shot though.

PS Merc shot:
Awesome angle and colour, welcome to the world of Photoshop. What a great shot to start using PS. 👍

Evil shots and Viper vs. Elise: Nice evil shots, the blur adds an interesting affect and makes it seem more sinister. Great colour too. The battle shot is cool, looks like the Elise is about to wipe out. Interesting lighting and colour too.

F1 Shot: Nice warm colour, you really made it look like the engine just blew. You could of added some more too it though, but great shot anyways.

Pontiac GTO Shots:
I love the first one, I think you have a good chance of winning with that shot. Such a good looking shot, great old feel too it. Looks sweet in B&W too. The edited version is nice, you bring out some more detail in the car. I think I prefer the original though. The third shot looks like it has been squashed, it looks good though. The colour and noise go together well.

Nordschleife Monsoon:
Awesome job on the rain shot, the clouds really make that shot. You did a really good job on the rain too. The second shot is very cool, the car does look a bit odd though. How did you go about making that splash effect?

Nordschleife Sunset:
Superb colours, really warm and soft look. What more can I say, you are getting into PS well and making very nice shots. Keep it up. 👍

Thanks for all you comments on my gallery, I will try and keep up with my comments so I don't have to do this again. :)

Wow drift, big review you made haha.

A very misterious photo with orange tone. The shadow bump on the right area could be flattened a bit next time. Anyway a cool shot 👍

Very nice shot Adrian, definetly gives the feel of the sun setting and audi about to ride off into the night.👍

thanks for the BIG review drift! and yes, the accord Is dirty. alex, i'll work on that, but thanks for commenting :) and thanks to you too as well LOON!

my latest experiment :D an F1 car in Monaco by the Casino Corner

PS: DLRGian, thanks to you too!

I love the color on that shot. Looks so good. What did you use to get that color. Its kind of the color I have been searching for, for some of my shots.

I don't now why but I have never been in your gallery before and I think I'm staying :sly:. I like what I see in here, I like your style. I really like your Nordschleife Monsoon update and the last nordschleife shot 👍 and I looked back some pages, some great work you a
have done. This and this are my favorites

I am looking into finding a way to make water look like it is coming off the wheels and wet relections. But I would say a good base for water relections in a wet shot is Tsukuba Wet.

I've been trying to get that effect too, been trying various ways to get it look like water spray and droplets are coming out of the car's tyres (not thinking about the reflection yet), as soon as I can reach a decent result, I'll post it on my gallery and PM you.

PS: Cool Formula shot, like WR, loving those tones. Only the filter used for the blur could be a bit less (or so it seems, since I can't get the link to workfor me), but a very cool shot nevertheless. :)

Woow, that's very nicely done man. I like the palmtrees in the background as well as the beautiful colours in this shot. 👍 👍 👍

Uo, Uooooooo. You was preparing a surprise. The angle is superb, and I can see you worked on the sky to hide the ugly transitions and more. An effective photo this time 👍

Thats pretty nice, it looks alot better bigger.

thanks LOON!

thanks whitson. that color was from one of the presets from the lighting effects in photoshop, and then i played with the photofilter and that's what gave it that color that you see now. glad you liked it though, thanks

and to my work :D as for the rain effects, i've been trying that out too, i just can't get the right combination, i have ideas, but i just can't quite put it together yet. anyways, thanks for the comment :D

Salu2.alexwrc

yes alex i was ! ha ha ha! and yes, the sky was quite a pain to get right. it doesnt even look a 100% to me when i posted it, i can still see some ugly pixels on there, but i'm glad you guys liked it! thanks for the kind comments :sly

Here's my new update, and is from the same replay i took the last 'F1' shot from, and this one's after the exit of the Lowe's hairpin at Cote d' Azur, Monaco Monte Carlo. Hope you guys like it :D

ps: i find the blur a bit crappy, i'm still getting used to it.

I think that pic is alright. It isnt the best shot I have ever seen from you but no doubt it is better than most of mine.

The blur doesn't look as if the car is moving, but it's a very nice effect to the ground. You should have blurred the rest of the shot as well to get the motion. Snyp has a good point. You might want to change the name of your gallery into something where your name appears. I also had to look for it and couldn't find it easily.

And the PMC week 98 is really tough between us. Cool. Once more I have to say that your shot is just great. That's why I voted for it. May the better win.

cheers

I haven't been here in a very long time so let me say one word to especially those Nurb. shots:

Amazing 👍

A very nice shot, the blur isn't that good but the shot has a great angle.
I still love the shot though:tup:

Although I like the shot, it's angle, tone and contrast, the blur's not working well for me.
The fact that it's only on the tarmac crops it's authenticity, imo.
As does the blur around the car, which I think is the main reason why it does not seem to be moving.

quite impressive J !!! Weird blur, but still a good shot:tup:

Sorry for the confusion, I was watching Freddy´s gallery at the same time.

Freddy?

Anyway, thats good shot IMO, I like the excessive blur and lighting on it, looks like a light from heaven is shining down upon him. Is it just me or is the driver looking directly into the camera?

thanks for the BIG review drift!

No problem, I wanted to catch up with all the updates I had not commented on. I love that shot, the colours, framing and lighting make it a superbly beautiful shot. 👍

The recent shot looks nice, don't like it as much as the other one though. Still good work, keep it up. :D

i think so too. i'm still not happy with it. i should of just left it alone after i added noise to the pavement/asphalt. ah well, gotta learn somehow. thanks though :)

I don't like the blur much but great colours 👍

thank you :) nice avatar by the way. i hate scissors. mine ate my credit card :D

lol... I've already posted in your gallery and now searching for it ! lmao.

Anyway... Very nice color with the F1. 👍

 thanks Snyp

you guys are so right it hurts :D i know the blur was a bit of an odd ball. i've done better with gimp really. i dont know what i was thinking. but, gotta start somewhere right ? about the name of my gallery, i guess yeah i should change it. I've had 4 people or more tell me to change it so far hehehe. any suggestions ? About the PMC, yeah! hella tough! i thought i had you in the beginning, then you totally came back to me like a kick in the butt :D looks like you have that one in the bag though. atleast i'm not getting beat on like i usually do :D hope those days are over. goodluck anyways and thanks for visiting :)

ps: thanks for the vote :sly:

I am not a big fan of that custom blur, but I like the angle of this shot.

me neither. that's a part of me being stupid :D like you said, i just like the angle and the lighting. everything else is sausage :(

Yup, it has a peculiar mix of static/blurred and defined/glowed things, but it's nice anyway. A cool experiment :D

thanks alex

Amazing 👍

glad to see you back here ultra! thanks for the kind words :) great work on episode 5 by the way. i love how you put pearl jam as an intermission song too, my favorite band with my most favorite song. awesome!

A very nice shot, the blur isn't that good but the shot has a great angle.
I still love the shot though:tup:

thanks Tommi :) like i said, it's one of the dumbest things i've ever done hehehe

you're right. i know. i'm glad you liked the angle and stuff though. thanks

Sorry for the confusion, I was watching Freddy´s gallery at the same time.

I saw THAT! HAHAHAHA  I actually saw the post before you edited it hahaha! you tripped me out! coz i just finished looking at freddy's gallery that time too!  thanks though 👍 👍

The F1, great lighting! keep up the good work.

thanks man!

man, those are a lot of replies. i dont think i've ever had 13 people comment on one update here before. it's awesome. thanks guys! now i think i'm ready to get burned again with my new update. i think this one's nice, but i'm not so sure about it. i was just trying stuff out, and it took me almost 3 and a half hours to finish it. i was just so undecided. what this is, an old photo that i re-edited so to speak, and tried to see what the difference will be, from gimp vs. ps. i believe the original is posted here somewhere, too lazy to dig around right now, but if anyone wants the link, just let me know. For now, i'll let you guys decide. I'm ready for the torch hehehehe. please keep it at a low temp :D

I like it J!! Looks very stylish. Did U use "something" on the road? Because the effect is quite good IMO.
Just keep up, and bring more soon.

I love that pic. But the reflexion on last window might need a little "cleaning".

For the rest of it ; AWESOME 👍
Love that style :D
