thanks for the great wishes and the kind comments everyone! and yes, tvr. those are all for you. glad everyone liked them. the mclaren and the ferrari both i spend lots of time with. first look at the mclaren shot, i just knew i had to do the motion blur on the rear mirror as well. i actually have one more remake, but i just thought it was too subtle, can't even see the difference. maybe one day i'll do TVR&FF's request update for me, which is the bentley gt, which i truly love. on to my next update. this photo i was gonna use for the round 1 of the tournament. but i just think it won't even cut it, specially now i'm up against sejtur. i did spend a lot of time on it, i'm just not a 100 percent sure. here it is.

Pretty good mate, very shiny, I can see James Bond smiling for having a very "clean" car!! Thinking a little more, who wouldn´t wanna have such beautiful car?!
Well done:)

Top job with the natural reflections; beautiful car 👍

But it seems as if it is... slightly tall-and-narrow?

There is evident you worked hard on it. Seems to be a very complex photo to enhance but results are good. Some things could be improved, but I think this should mean a complete rework of the car. I don't know if I'm wrong but I have the feeling the image has lost the correct aspect ratio.

It'll be hard to compete against Setjur... hehe. Good luck.

I'd just like to say you did the right choice for your qualifying shot, J.

Although it's not a bad shot, it has some not-so-good things.
1st, it seems out of proportion, as in a lot taller than it should and/or a lot narrower.
Then, the car's front is way too dar, drawing attention to the brighter part of the shot, which means, it gets boring really soon.
Also related to the car's front, it's maybe a bit too close to the frame and becomes somewhat unconfortable to look at.
Also, those rims aren't so hot when standing still...

Of course not all is bad, cleaning is top notch (some minor jaggies left only), tones are beaufitul, great car choice. :)

Cool now I can see your shot mate. I really like the angle and the nice reflections. But those rims ruin it a little for me to be honest. Other than that it's really good.

You little....Wotsit....Bond Tribute.... What exactly was planned in my gallery next? :)
To tell the truth though I don't find it the best of shots the one you used as a qualifyer looks better generally. There are some nice reflections though.

thanks everyone. yes, i did spend quite some time on it, and yes, i think it Is out of proportion. i think resizing it really screwed it all up. i don't know about that photo though. to me it was more of a clean up and gradient experiment,
and getting a lot of reflection and shine. more of a practice shot for my tournament theme, which i am not entirely familiar with, since, for one, i'm not really into 'bling' stuff, i love the racy or rather mundane look more. but i'll try my best anyways. i'm surprised you guys liked the reflections on the car, since i found it rather weird. but thank you so much for the kind comments. you guys are too nice :D

on to my next update, just a simple one, not a lot of frills. this time with the Nardo W12. this car's more fun in TDU than in gt4 i must say. hope you guys like this one.

No replies on this one till now? Looks very well jdga. Love the mean looking rims you put on it. I would like one of those in my garage (in real life). Only thing I have to complain about are the ugly textures from the bridge in the background. Other than that it's all great! 👍

I think that scenery fits great the car theme! The only way to give a better look, is adding lighting details I guess. Some parts of the car seems poor in detailling, like it were "glowed", but I'm still liking your idea. The floor is similar to the official W12 photos hehe.

That shots looking real nice Adrian. I really like the reflection on the side of the car, but as freddy has said, the backgrounds not looking the best. Other than that great job man.

thanks for the great comments yet again. yeah i forgot some details about the background. anywho, i'm glad u guys liked it.

i dont know. all i ever did was apply some angled radial blur on to it, and it came out like that. thanks for the great words though!

This Mercedes is soooooo cool, so shiny...and U have use great rims, goes really well with the german black "lord".
The Nardo is also very well taken, maybe I would use a more wide angle, but still the shot is ver good. Great use of colors and reflections.
Now, U have said that I could do a request...so can U take some shots from the Holden Monaro?!
Hope to see more from U soon:cheers:

P.S - Glad U like the Gallardo Spyder shots:tup:

thanks guys. i wish i had used that shot instead of the Nardo shot. that one's one of my candidates for the tournament. but i dont really care even if i lose, coz even if i progressed, i would not be able to stay either way for the rest of the tourney. oh well. better luck next time. and NTX, yes, i'll be working on your request tomorrow since i have the next two days off work.(thank god). just so you guys know i leave on the 27th of this month. so i guess after that it will be another 3 weeks or so until my next update, unless i get access to gt4 and photoshop to where i'm going, which is highly unlikely.
but yeah, all that aside, here is another should of been candidate shot for the tournament.

and here's a photo i was working on before this post. i'm kicking myself for using the nardo and not the one i have up there, but whatever.i'm going on vacation soon so that's all i really care about right now :D

Thanks for doing my request mate!!
That Aston Martin is really shiny, but your entry is the Tourney is also very good, both shots are good examples of "bling bling" IMO.
The Merc is looking kinda of "mean", great style, and good use of the B&W tone!!

All reflections of 2nd Aston are much better and clean than the previous one. But I preffer the 1st C class, it looks like a real mafia car with thore rims haha. It remembers me the black Evo's of french "Taxi" film 👍

That DB9 looks better than the previous one, that's for sure. Despite the rims...
The tones and cleanup are excellent.

The Merc seems to have lots of jaggies on the front and the composition makes it a bit weird, as if you cropped too much on the right side of the shot (would be better if you cropped more, actually), but the previous one was great, really liked it.

You know the first shot is a Aston Martin Vanquish not a DB9, anyway parts of the headlights on the Vanquish are a bit split apart on some parts, like on the right you can see the headlight shiny through one of the edges of the light, which is not meant to emit light, while the rest of it is fine. But on the left you can see a left part of the headlights edge splitting apart from the headlight.

However I still like the angle and the lighting.
