That Aston Martin is really shiny, but your entry is the Tourney is also very good, both shots are good examples of "bling bling" IMO.
The Merc is looking kinda of "mean", great style, and good use of the B&W tone!!

glad u liked the aston martin. sometimes i think i should of stuck to that one.
but there was something about my actual entry that made me use it. i dont know what it is. as for the mercedes, i somehow had a vision of a japanese mafia with a european car all done in VIP style. i'm assuming you guys know what it is, if not just look up the word 'VIP Tuning' in google, and you'll see what im talking about. thanks for the great comments and i'm glad u were able to see what i was getting to with the benz!

All reflections of 2nd Aston are much better and clean than the previous one. But I preffer the 1st C class, it looks like a real mafia car with thore rims haha. It remembers me the black Evo's of french "Taxi" film 👍

That DB9 looks better than the previous one, that's for sure. Despite the rims...
The tones and cleanup are excellent.

The Merc seems to have lots of jaggies on the front and the composition makes it a bit weird, as if you cropped too much on the right side of the shot (would be better if you cropped more, actually), but the previous one was great, really liked it.

thanks beerz. yeah the first DB9 looks like witchcraft. it's weird. but that was when i was trying to learn the gradient tool and mapping. the mercedes, i dont know. it does have a lot of jaggies at the front, specially on the left side of the windshield panel. i did try to fix it, but i cant find my way around it, got frustrated so i just left it alone. i figure some of you might notice and try to tell me what to do i'm sneaky i know and no, i actually didn't crop anything from it. just the way i took the shot. i wanted to do something like an ad for a billboard or something. i dont know. i just thought it looked cool but thanks for the great comments though. constructive comments like that helps me see things better. thank you.

You know the first shot is a Aston Martin Vanquish not a DB9, anyway parts of the headlights on the Vanquish are a bit split apart on some parts, like on the right you can see the headlight shiny through one of the edges of the light, which is not meant to emit light, while the rest of it is fine. But on the left you can see a left part of the headlights edge splitting apart from the headlight.

However I still like the angle and the lighting.

Right. What i have here today are dedicated to NTX1982, having been promised a request, and i hope i read it right, of a Holden Monaro. this shot was taken in BramTurismo's gt4 home land of New York (don't kill me bram )
And the second photo is a remix of GT40MKII's Skyline GTR34 from one of the japanese phototravel locations. i forgot what it's called and i cant really be bothered since i'm starving for breakfast. the third photo, and the one i'm not so comfortable about showing, is my first experiment on curved blur, and is also my tribute for one of the world's great racer, Rhys Millen. This is the first ever time i've done a curved blur, and i'm not sure if i got it right, or if im even close to doing so. let me know. enjoy the updates!

BRUTAL MONARO PICS!!! Great style in both shots, and the car is great on quality. U also have very unique camera angles. The smoke coming from the tires is looking very real, good job!! U really showed the power and style of the Monaro, thanks mate
The R34 is shiny as hell, very good work!!! The headlights are also very "soft" looking, as it should be IMO.

What can I say jgda9rs? The Monaro shots are brilliant so is the Skyline but I ain't as keen on the Skyline as the Monaro. Jg9da9rs about the request that you said I could have in your PM that I am very gracious of that. WOW Adrian, these shots are getting ridiculously good. The first shot does show off alot of power, and the skyline looks very smooth.👍

The Rhys tribute is my favorite though, you get a real sense of speed and action, and I like where you placed the car in the shot. Oh, and the blur on it looks great to me.

thanks guys! very much appreciated. i didn't expect my RM tribute to be very well liked, since i wasn't too sure about the quality of the blur on it, but i think the smoke effect turned out pretty good.

anywho, your request should be up either this weekend or monday, but i won't be doing the panel until i get back from vacation i do have the tutorial in my notepad, just can't be bothered by it right now anyways thanks again, and C_F, those Monaro shots were all taken in New York. the first one was at the exit of the first corner, and the last, well...you guessed it right, at the last corner just infront of the globe statue thingy. many thanks again, and stay tuned for my next update, which will have a lot to do with action and a concept VIP chop that i have been planning for a while now. here's a preview of my BMW CCCL comp entry, and is also a part of my big BMW update coming up.

I now present part 1 of my three part BMW update. what i have here right now are two of my competition entries, namely the CCCL week 10 and the Head 2 Head Competition. i'm also including a stock photo, which i will leave open for re-editting. i guess it's time i jumped in the bandwagon and see how my shots would look like if other people did stuff to them other than me. so, here they are, and enjoy the updates.

Those Monaro shots are really something else, I don't knw what that car has, it usually provides great shots. Of course, the photographer also helps...
The one drifting is beautiful, very original angle and a good blur effect. Also the smoke adds a lot to creating the action in the shot.
The Skyline is pretty cool too, I like how the headlights came out (my nightmare when taking night shots), and the colourful reflecion borders you did, they bring the car's body to life. Great work, J. 👍

About the BMW's, they're all extremely well achieved shots, and the tones on the last one are awesome. Did you use gradient map for that one? Sweet colours, man. 👍

Either the previous entry on the CCCL10 comp or the new one are stunning, they'll do great on the poll.

Hmm, both your shots for the cccl comp are great, I'm not sure which I like best. The first one I like because of the dark contrast and red tint on the shot. But I love that on the second one everything seems to be in excess, lots of blur, lots of smoke whickh looks good BTW, and lots of shine.👍

The H2H shot looks very subtle, smooth, and classy. I again like the red tint on the shot.👍

thanks for the great comments guys! you all inspire me to do great. thanks so much! yeah those entries took me a great deal of time to finish. maybe 8 hours max for all of them. i think i've gone crazy Part II of this 3 part update will be done either tomorrow or sunday. for now i'll leave you with a little preview of what's coming next. the first few will come from the same set
that the first part came with, but i'll also be throwing in a surprise project that i've been planning for a while, but expect some delays. I guess it's safe to say that this whole series might even take until monday or tuesday. but stay tuned!

I like the good use of contrast in the second one. third one has me feeling a little blue now, great job on the blur on that one, looks like its gong 200kph.And the last one is amazing, I don't see how you got that out the stock shot, nice touch adding the yellow fog lamps.👍
