I really liked the 2nd shot of the Amalfi hairpins, the one shot from above. The tarmac is looking brilliant on that one, excellent shot!
The remix looks good too, I really like the natural lighting on that one.
This Monaco shot is very well composed, you always have awesome scenery shots (glad that wasn't the theme of our tournament battle). Not too sure about the glow though, maybe a bit less would've worked better. Which car is that? The RX-8 LM?

and i wish i got 'scenery' shots for a theme 
just like the first tournament when i went against LGF. but MR cars make for good photos too because of their design layout and their known performance capabilities.

ps: about the glow in the picture, i was aiming for the type of scenery from a part of the game called 'Rule of Rose', it was inspired by one of the cut scenes from the game, where they feature gloomy, rather depressing and chilling atmospheres to the surrounding

PS: forgot, the car in that photo is my nissan silvia S14

The NSX reminds me of my shot for the qualifying round, the stealth 3000GT. And yours looks great too, love those tones on the roof.
About the scenery shot, like I said, I'm glad that's not the our theme or I'd be lucky to get a single vote against any of your shots... Very nice work, love the tones. 👍

Your recent work is sweet J, you have an eye for scenery shots. That Monaco shot in the rain is very cool.
I was impressed with the overhead drift shot in post 1244, very cool. I also wanted to ask if the shot you entered into the recent drift comp follows the rules? Just wasn't sure since the flames look edited.
I really like the idea of your Tourney entry too, very original and the car looks great too.

thanks so much for the comments guys. well, this day is the first year anniversary of my gallery. so you guys will be in for a scenery shot later on in the evening. i still havent got around the shots that i wanted to present here,
as i have been busy with my real life stuff, and helping my friend out for the car show this coming saturday, so i decided to give you guys a few...should i say, appetizers. they're not the greatest in my opinion, but would be a shame to hide them away. these are actually the shots i was gonna use for the tournament, but i dont think people would like them. anyways i would like to thank everyone for the support everyone has given me here. i never learned how to use the potentials of the photomode and things that you can learn until i joined gtp. so i owe you guys all of these, including the stuff that i have learned with the photo editting programs. i would love to do requests, but i'm afraid they're gonna be in a very, very limited amount, as i have been busy and i still am, with real life in general. so i'm giving you guys 12 hours to
send in your requests, first come first serve, and only 10 of them would be considered. the last person to send in his or her request as of 2:20pm PST is where i would cut the mark. again, thanks everyone and please dont be mad if you dont make it. blame it all on the time constraints. here are the previews and enjoy them!

with the toning and colors done with gimp. i editted the photo with ps and gimp at the same time. i just thought photoshop's colors looked good combined with gimp's channel mixer machine. i love it!
Beerz: yea i was hoping after the quali that we'd end up with a scenery theme like the first round of the first tournament too bad for me though. my shot wont be that great, so you have a great chance of advancing to the 2nd round. but then i might just change it tomorrow if there's time.

I absolutely adore your scenery shots. They are truly mindblowing in quality, both in terms of composition, lighting and even colouring. I have no idea how you achieved that look on the Monaco shot but it makes it look amazingly realistic. It looks to me like it was taken out of a window high up in a building near the track!

just a photo that inspired me, i got the idea from watching the 2007 24 hours of Le Mans. my tribute to the Le Mans winning Audi R10. i know it's an r8, but we dont have the R10 in gt4
TVR: i'm gonna have to buy another one since my current speed 12 has different wheels on it, but it wont be a problem

J - It's the only Corolla on sale at the New Cars lot, at Toyota. I think it's called Corolla Runx Z Aerotourer or something, In light blue (mica or metallic, can´t remember exactly).

The AutoUnion looks neat, I love the tones and the reflections on the wheel arches. It kinda reminds me of the T1000, the liquid metal guy, at the mill, all it needs is the sparks in the background. 👍
The 'reject' shot is fabulous!
Love the sharpness and realism of the cars (shiny!), the blur on the background and the tones of the sky in the center of the shot.
It would have probably got more votes. I'm really glad you didn't submit it, I have to be honest.
The 24H shot is very well done, the tones look fairly realistis, great ambiance change, the tones on the car and on the Dunlop tyre are just great.
Only thing I find a bit not-working is the noise on the lower right part of the shot. Everywhere else it works ok, but in that big black area looks strange.
But a VERY good shot nevertheless.
