jgda9rs, this shot looks sooooo good 👍 👍 👍 I really can't await the next update.. Which car are you going to take? 💡

Best wishes,

S-Line Audi Fan

Thats one hell of a view of NY Jg!! And look at the look of the road...👍 What more can I say...:)
Now, let me make a "challenge", can you make a "rain/cold" version of this shot?? It would look awesome, knowing how high your skills are Jg 👍

NTX

LdS: really? why ? :D glad you found something you like about it though. i'll try to do better next time.

I find it too heavy, too screaming. There is nothing wrong with it, it is just my taste.

I love this new update; you are one of the best in capturing the scenery. I love every aspect of it, the angle, the sunset effect, everything 👍

Very nice image pal! It kinda reminds me of I am legend. You know, that scene where Will Smith is Hunting Gazelle in the city and his alarm goes off telling him its time to get out of there. He looks at the cityscape, and he can see the sun setting, much like this. 👍

Great stuff, keep 'em coming! :dopey:

S-Line Audi Fan: thanks! but i think this new update answers your question :D

NTX1982: Glad you liked it :D as for the challenge, hmm... don't know.. maybe ? :D i wouldn't have the photo any other way really, because of the stupid textures of the buildings. i dunno, we'll see.

LdS: About the TVR, fair enough :) but i thank you for the compliments :) glad you liked the NY update. that one came about as i just finished shooting real life photos after work that same day :D

alexwrc
⌥⇧⌘N∞: niko was in jail somewhere in one of those buildings lol.

magburner: hmm, never actually thought of that. i was actually gonna zoom blur the whole picture, but i figure it might not make sense to many viewers here :D actually, speaking of movie scenes, it also reminded me a bit of constantine, the part where he walks out of this girl's house and finds out there's no one around but the city and the sunset... if i remember correctly :D thanks by the way! that's gotta be one of the best comments ever! :D

balang_479: thanks!

by the way, i was just talking to LGForce earlier on msn, and it seems that he might be considering a return.. not so sure though so don't quote me on that.
he's working on one of my stock photos, which i sent to him tonight.

here's my comp entry for the gt4 2.0 photomode white party :D i'm very curious what you guys think about this one.. I was actually gonna put stripes on it to match the John Cooper Works edition, but the comps would not allow it i don't think... this is like the step up from the cooper One. in between the cheapest and the Cooper S..

click preview for fullsize :D

ps: If you were viewing or about to view the photo a few minutes ago and it didn't show right away, it was because i made some slight revisions and posted a different file.

Like I said in the competition, great work and cleaning. I wish I could make those shinning things, that I think it’s called reflections :P, they are great. Also, the background combines so well with the whole car, making an 2 on 1 duo perfectly 👍

Thanks everyone.

now time for my competition entry for the scenery comp 2.0, i believe it's week 5.0?
i actually have forgotten the name of this place, but it's somewhere in japan. but i just decided to just call it nanzenji for some reason. hope it's right....this has to be the most time i have ever spent cleaning up a photomode location, and not a single stroke to touch the car or anything. i love how the whole shot tranceded from being really stale and plain to a really somber night shot that you see here. i'm interested with what you all have to say..

please fullview.. lots of little details inside 👍

i hope you guys have time to spare, because you, the viewer, might have to spend some time with it, just like my come back update :D

Amazing
So many details. It looks like you’ve spent allot and allot of time with it. I love the ambiance of it and the thunder-night effect in the sky. I think the place is called “Ganton”, Nazenji is that place with the temple and the red leaves.

Amazing update 👍 👍 👍

Great job man, That shot just makes you look at it for awhile, great eye movement. So many things to look at. 👍
Just "WOW" is all i really have to say.

👍 Top stuff pal! This reminds me of the M Coupe update I did a few years back, where I photographed a collection of doors.

There are some very nice details in that Phototravel location, and you have captured them beautifully! Great stuff, keep 'em coming! :dopey:

jgda9rs, in my opinion, this is one of your best updates 👍.. The details are soo amazing and all in all, the picture is well done ;)..

Best wishes,

S-Line Audi Fan

Great shot with the spd6. I saw that colour before with your 2.0 race car comp not to far back. How do you get such a strong dark colour while still making it visible?

thanks everyone!! yes, i did spend a lot of time on it, it actually got very tiring at one point. and i was so sleepy when i got near the end. i know i could of done better, but i guess that will have to do for now. glad you all liked it, hope it does well in the polls :D

magburner: i remember that update actually!

BoyRacer: for the speed 6, it's all about the gamma and exposure adjustment, then the contrast and levels take care of the rest 👍

here's my new update, a 4 day project, on and off. have always wanted to do something like this, just never got around it. let me know what you all think.

Very well done. About the BLITZ patent... It seems a bit odd, but it's not easy to make it look perfect. Even if you had the angle right, darkness would still be a problem. But overall, the picture looks great, and those trees are an awesome addition to the picture 👍

Show off!! 👍

A fantastic looking update Jg!! Full of details, very realistic!!!
Also, your previous update, it hurts my eyes...WOW!!!:D

NTX

Great job Adrian 👍 I love the tones. The rims and headlights look fantastic. As does the intercooler
The blitz plate adds a nice touch, The angles just a bit off, seems like the perspective needs to be adjusted.
But holly hanna man, I dig it.

Thanks everyone.

That explanation exactly sums up why I chose that theme - couldn't have said it better myself 👍

Wow, you're getting serious :D

It's all plenty of great details and bright lines. The DC2 is awesome and the radiator fits great. The tone of the scene is nicely balance also, I have to love it. Only the door lines are a bit dark but what the hell, we can live with that :D

thanks everyone! that update is very flawed in its own way, surprised people still liked it. i'm thinking of revising the whole thing again. i'll let you guys know when and if i do.
for now, here's my first official photostitch taken from grand canyon. click on the map to see where!

enjoy everyone!
