Hehe, yup, it's General MacArthur has he leaves a plane at Atsugi Japan. The plane is possibly a Douglas C-54 variant known to have been there at the time, allthough there are visible parts of the plane that lead me to want to do a little research before I swear by it 100%.

[update] Yep, It's a Douglas C-54 Skymaster.

8 cars, simple graphics, very simple physics... fast foward only worked when viewing the map alone... not the track itself.

FFw could be allowed only in the detailed times view. The video window is very small.

It's people ike you who would pay more to have stupid stuff and force everyone else to pay the same price. I'd pay 2 bucks. That's it.

Frankly, i don't care for single player. I play Gran Turismo for the online experience. The slipstream is horribly broken - it's like a NOS boost everytime you get behind another car.

Along with photomode, a better replay system is vital for an organize racing league (online) for reviewing race replays.

p.s. Forgot to mention that i was obviously exaggerating (only by a bit :sly:) ...serious much? Still, if PD releases a fix for the two for a hefty price, we'll all still end up buying it (with a fair amount of moaning of-course). It's the cold hard truth.

p.s.s. On topic - does google have a feature of automatically translating a webpage instantly as you view it? Wish someone was admining Kaz' twitter for the English speaking followers.

Everybody except me I guess then. I don't pay for fixes. Heck I rarely pay for addons period.

Google Chrome has but it doesn't seem to work with his Twitter.:confused:

if you use Google Chrome it will auto translate the page for you!

Not true, I'm painfully familiar with the draft effects. Just did an hour long race at Indy road yesterday and the draft pick up's exactly the same.

Who's right here. Posters saying it drastically fixed others saying it's exactly the same.

Someone's not telling the truth obviously.
 
All my buddies from GTS reporting how their weekend online sessions were with reduced and almost completely realistic draft.

Since I could not race this weekend, I take their opinion as a fact, because their mutual conclusion is how draft is reduced.

Yes, it has been reduced. I noticed it right away with the NASCAR Seasonal. However, the users car is simply "faster" to begin with. When you're side by side with the AI exiting a tight corner, such as Rome's hairpin, the user pulls away. But if the user is behind the AI, the user no longer gets a "nitro boost" when in the draft.

I'm sure PD can set the amount to whatever they wish. I am satisfied.
 
This game is EPIC and I still love it! Even though it may have many missing content, the feeling and the driving is unarriveable!!!

BUT! Can anybody who knows japanese, tweet Mr. Yamauchi why they never work on the force feedback effects...

There is so much more potential there to give us an ultimate driving feeling. I played Shift2 (really horrible that game!) and the FFB effects were not good but there was this great "feature" when you shift, the wheel gives you the feedback that you shift. I found that great!

There are so many more great pssoible FFB effects they can implement... And we need immediatlely stronger FFB! I love the FFB from supercar challenge, after 1 hour of playing your arms hurt and I love that...
 
Why doesn't anybody want to tweet him but have everyone else tweet him? I don't know japanese but surely your question can be simplified in just a few words where google translate could get close to what you are trying to ask.

I made my twitter account when I found out about him tweeting. And have asked him several questions which he didn't respond to.

No disrespect, but if you want an answer and it matters that much to you then the best thing to do is ask it yourself.

He can speak English and it has just been reported that he plans on tweeting in English, but we have yet to see it. Like I said Google can get you close. There's not to many people on here that speak Japanese.
