I've been using every trick in the book I know. It probably just is the car in general. Eiger is one of my favorite tracks, and I should have the ability for at least a top 15. I'll try again tomorrow and see what I can make of it.

When I finally got gold on this last night, I tried to exit to the main Seasonal screen but my game froze in a transition screen and remained blackened but I can hear the music. I tried waiting and it didn't reload, so I forced the the game to quit via the PS3 button.

Usually when I do that the PS3 responds as normal, but this time it did the same thing when it failed to download the most recent update. My PS3 said it needs to check the files, and when it came back up my Credits were reset to before I ran this Seasonal. Not only that but the suspension settings and everything else wasn't saved on my X-Bow, so now I have to re-run this again 👎

Once turned on SRF, surprisingly there's "only" a gap of 0.7~1 seconds with the same car settings, as SRF induced understeering, I've had to modify the LSD and the gearbox to make it a bit faster.

These are all great times but with the KTM their are lots of variable's in tunning, sometimes its better to leave it late

I only thought 1.02.331 was good but with a bad DFGT its not too bad i guess

Well I think I like your set-up a lot. Went from a 1:04.2xx to a 1:03.698. Pretty happy with my lap other than the last sector.

With Ramon's tune, I've improved from a 1:04.910 to a 1:02.295. Off to try Samurai's setup.

I'm surprised as to how close it is to my driver friendly tune, didn't think that a work class tune and a average Joe tune would be that similar.

Ya, I was .100 up on the first lap and just kept dropping each lap for the most part. Really fits my driving style and tossing the car around while still being smooth on corner exit. Great tune, thanks again for sharing.

Yeah the setup i used was stock springs ride height dampers, all was changed was camber an rear toe an with a LSD an that got me a 1.02.331.. Cars arent that bad
in stock form

A big thanks to Ramon and Samurai for posting their setups
I don't remember this ever happening before, two A-class drivers (A for Alien) posting their findings in a gtp thread.
I also don't remember finding such a difficult car to tame, in an otherwise fun and challenging combo.
Who knows maybe GT6 really has different physics than GT5 after-all.

I didn't like their setup. No one on my team has really been trying that much on it anyways, at least, the faster guys haven't.

Also I didn't like Samurai's setup that much, so I'm sticking with the Ramon tune.

Yes it's on, all the top times are using it right now.
it seems to function more like better tires in gt6, and less like anti slide like in gt5.
