Word. I just wanna drive awesome cars on awesome roads.

Last night I had a pretty sweet session with @slidinsidewayz and some other guys at the ring.

This one random guy was running on comfort soft even though the lobby was limited to sports hard. Had a lot of fun running stock high-powered cars on those tires. Diablo GT actually feels better on them. Same for the XKR-S.

(I still stand by Comfort Soft as the ideal street tire, but that's my opinion)

Depends on the power . Can 550 pp cars handle 550 tires? If so then fine so be it lol but I like the slip angle cars get on comfort soft lol it's fun at low power

Well, the Jaguar is pushing high in the 500hp range and the Lamborghini is at 600 flat. And they weighed in at 1800kg and 1350kg respectively.

I only experienced serious loss of traction when flooring it post lawn mowing. Even taking high speed corners under heavy G loads, the cars remained poised and stable. Very controllable.

There's a great level of finesse required to keep these cars on the road on Sports tires. The CS tires give you more time to react to sudden loss of grip, but it's a finer line between control and disaster.

I notice on comfort soft the car has a weird angle lol like a weird drift when u turn in if u don't control it u slide to much n lose speed lol

it's like a dance. You may have seen at Matterhorn how my Ferrari Daytona was keeping up. At Trial Mountain I couldn't quite maintain a steady rhythm in some parts and suffered.

We did an Initial D season on GT5....
So hey guys, Fury here, if i may make a suggestion. We are twiddling our thumbs waiting for course maker..... We all know LotS can not take off till then. So i am taking it upon myself to start Initial D GT6 Battle Stage Season 1. I will contact LotS members via FB (Furious Dragons Touge Crew) search it for quick reply. Or threw out the next wk i will talk with all of LotS members thru online play. We will finally do a true Season as our painful waiting is at an all time high. So come one come all (true contenders only) no on again off again racers. This will be a 480pp SH class all other regs will be updated by sunday Sept14th 2014. Only Initial D cars Colors an replicas will be allowed. See me for further details Exodus-Fury89 (aka Fury)

Warning to Exodus-Fury89 Reason: Spreading of false information and rumors about league members. Such behavior will not be tolerated in the league.

I really don't care who saying what. How bout we start shutting our mouths and drive and battle for fun. If u can't do that touge isn't for u I'm not going to drive in a league or community that has drama n arguing basically everyday with at times the same people online. I'll just run my own regs n not even bother I will be offline soon anyway cuz I'm moving to a apartment n if I get internet n this drama hasn't settled u will be seeing me in my own lobbies.

That's why I prefer to host my rooms with voice chat disabled these days. But there will always be those who aren't satisfied with simply driving and feel that taking is a sport and need to incessantly yap away. Maybe sometime didn't get very many hugs as a kid and needs constant reassurance.

Wait... @787bcgr you're NOT in FD?!

In other news:

I've been reading around the forums and it seems that the person who said Zahara de la Sierra was going to release this week was simply a GTP member and NOT an official source from PD.

The track is still releasing this month of September but the exact date was never actually given. I would love to assume that this coming week update 1.12 will release. But the truth is that nobody outside of PD actually knows.

Also, there's a pretty cool thread naming the corners. It's pretty funny, worth checking out.

Chances are that we'll be seeing a lot of this track in the Touge community once it releases. It would be cool to have names for sections and corners, like on the Nordschleife.

I had a pretty epic battle today against Demon at Deep Forest. R34 Nür vs. FD Spirit R. Most fun I've had on the Touge in a while.

No taking, just pure driving pleasure. Clean, respectful and exhilarating. Nothing on the line, just for fun. Just how it should be.

I am the team leader of Shiranai, nothing more, nothing less. I am not part of some joker's excuse for a team. If someone want to try and be me, fine, just don't cross paths with me or else you're in for a terrible losing streak.

We don't have to get nasty, nobody likes rumors.

What does everyone think about a friendly Battle Stage Tournament today?

Class A @Monaco?

I'd been trying out an extended Battle Stage at that track. With the start/finish at the Bosch banner (past the last corner), with the u-turn point being at the top in the uphill straight before Casino.

Any thoughts?

Well, no tournament today but definitely some great drives.

Got to unleash my S2K at Deep Forest and got plenty good battle data for my latest Class A project.

I tried working on it before lol it I'm on a nsx s2k trend lately n thinking about working on my ae86 n try to finish it n my gtr that I never seem to finish n that's both the r32 n r34

I wanna work on an R34. Already have one bought a few months ago, just to have it, but have yet to drive it much.

I've got 1,500 miles on the NSX (mostly Wangan) and a kick-@$$ gearbox for it. The current setup is great in corners, stable entry and aggressive exit speed. But it suffers in the top end since at 480PP it's just under 300hp while still hauling over 1100kg. Fully lightened with a small ballast.

Considering making it my main car for Class A. Great for uphill events and mid-engine balance is my ideal style.

For Class B, I'm sticking with my AP2 running the Tein Winding Master setup. That one is still missing alignment settings but holds up strongly as is.

If youd like snake, I can give you a few r32 r33 and r34 tunes to test out. I have 1 r34 that is crazy on the corners. Has great turn in, and handles like a dream for me. Its not all that fast on the straights, but itll gain alot in the corners. I played with the ballast a lil and just fell in love. King can also let you know about it. Anyways ill be on tonight so we can get some more amazing runs in. Catch you guys on the touge!

Nice. I'll take them all!

I have a finished R32 but it's pre-1.09. Crazy good cornering and straight line speed, but easy to understeer when going in hot. Using the stock diffs.

As for my R33, that's my Wangan beast. Hit 282mph the other day in it at LeMans. But a Touge setup would be great. Like the Class S one I had in GT5.

I have a lobby open atm running a tournament. 3 battles left! My S2K lost to a Camaro SS '00 in round 2. Great runs going on.

Final 4 cars are a BRZ, DC5, Camaro SS, and AE86.
