I just realised something in retrospect, but why wasn't the Honda S800 in the Legends dealership?

Like what criteria is PD using for what qualifies for the Legends dealer? I'd think one of Honda's most iconic and important sports car deserves a spot.

Unless

It's too cheap for PD's "agenda." :sly::sly::sly:
I’ll admit to buying TEN of these in the Used Car Dealership. For the trophy, and because one should.

They were 2.8mill in GTS, they were my bank cars, as a bit of a prolific grinder in GTS i once had 22 of them at one time, worth 840k each, probably bought and sold aleast 50 of them.

What a difference a game makes.:boggled:

:irked:
Ha, I remember using this tactic. I used the Shelby Cobra for it. Stopped counting at some point :D

Another car that soared up in price (2x more expensive in relation to Sport) and that I won't be able to realistically afford.
The Ford Mark IV was a 20 mill car in GT sport. It was 4.6 mill in GT7 and it will be priceless if they bring back the classic Le Mans races.

Anyone know if the GT MKI has any customization? Would be cool and more worth it if you could recreate the 1969 Gulf car

The McLaren F1 was 1 million in GT Sport. It's 18.5 million in GT7. And there were tons of other cars that got their price increased. Only about a dozen or so of cars got their prices decreased.

I don't own it but iirc in one of the American championship races one of the opponents have a MK1 modified to look like one of the Superformance GT40s like this one, idk if it had a widebody or not but it def had a big spoiler when I raced against it:

The British built Mk I did not have any Le Mans sucsess, not until Carrol Shelby handed over the GT40-project to Holman-Moody in LA CA USA. Holman-Moody, who worked with Ford`s nascar & Can-AM rascecars totally rebuilt & reinforced the chassie to handle a detuned version of Fords nascar-engine, the famous FE427R sideoiler.

This +650hp raceengine was detuned to about 550hp and fit into the GT40. Wherever you look upon the web you`ll find "485hp" as the max power, but that`s a misunderstanding. Ford decided to be wery careful and instructed their drivers to low-shift at 6200rpm to keep the engines alive through the long 24 hours race. (The engine was down on 485hp at 6200rpm) But this defensive tactic led to Ferrari taking the lead so Fords driver Ken Miles decided to skip the tactic and let the 7-litre rev up to it`s nascar shiftpoints at 7400rpm. From there, the rest is history.

Finally bought it and it looks like it does have paint/livery customization available. It at least let me go into the menu and gave me the "you will lose your current paint" message, so I backed out but assume this means it can be changed.

As for body add-ons, there is a front splitter, side skirts, and rear wing option. No rear diffuser. Wide-body IS available.
Full wheel customization from the standard 15in to 16/17in, with wide tire options as well.

Edit: The only tuning options that are not available is weight reduction (boo!) though at 2381lb it's not exactly a pig anyway. Can even put nitrous in it for some reason... Here's the best part: if you alter the engine in an irreversible way like upping displacement and do not like it, it only cost 2,800,000 credits for a new engine! lol

Thanks! I’m torn between buying this or waiting for a GT1 car, but honestly I might just grind my ass off till I could afford both now that I know this has decent Customization.

My only criticism of it is it doesn't have that really mean engine growl the the MkIV has. However, I'm also too broke to buy an exhaust/manifold/supercharger, so that might change. Otherwise it handles pretty well stock, even on the comfort softs it comes with (yes, I'm THAT broke, lol) with the oversteer being easy enough to catch before it takes off. I'd just start running Sardgna Windmills and buy it if I were you. Might be close to June before it comes back around

My biggest fear is pd reads this thread knowing we're all waiting for the clk gtr and the price will go up whenever it returns

Is this real or GT7? I can't tell anymore

DeTomaso Mangusta '69 245,000 Cr.
I just got a 6 stars ticket and won 500.000 cr. It paid the Mangusta...it's gorgeous

EDIT: What do you think ....Does it make sense to get two Mangusta and keep one without the wide body?

This is what I am waiting for big time. Pinching my pennies so when it drops I can buy it; or at least before it goes away. As of now, have 5.7 mil & tring to earn 1 mil/day, so I think I am in a good place... assuming it ends up being 8.5 mil.

The CLK GTR is the big ticket car I've wanted since before the game came out! Hurry up and wait.

I guess you can add this one to the list.

I was given the following car for being a Hagerty member. I am a McLaren F1 fan (I even own the book “Driving Ambition” by Gordon Murray, Ron Dennis, and Doug Nye) and was looking forward to having one of these in the game at some point. Given my schedule and responsibilities grinding for one was impossible and paying for one was out of the question.

Being given this car sort of contradicts the reasons given by the developer for the values. I was given this car by virtue of who my insurance carrier is. Some may recall my thoughts on this in another thread. How much will this cost when it goes in the Legendary car dealer?

I appreciate Hagerty for this opportunity of course, but I hope Polyphony addresses complaints so it is easier for others to enjoy their dream cars as well.
