Would you like to donate that set to the Downhill Needs A Lego F40 Foundation? Not sure if it's worth dishing out $100, but I will acquire it one day!

Do the wheels use the 4-point axle connectors?
No, it's not that big a model.

"Survival Cell" completed.

I love building cars out of Lego! I have an account on MOCPages (a Lego creation website) which has almost nothing but cars on it! Here are a few i'd like to show you guys:

Top Gear Studio: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/409749
Aston Martin DP100 Vision Gran Turismo: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/406394
Mach 5: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/411741
Snake Oiler: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/416862
Dick Dastardly's Mean Machine: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/416860
1966 Batmobile: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/377600
Lotus Cosworth 49: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/416856
Ferrari 250 Testarossa: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/416863

Let me know what you think of them!

So, I finally ordered all the parts for my model, which was quite an ordeal. And it costs me 160 bucks.
Took me three hours without a single break. Anyway, I hope I'll receive all the parts this week so I can post photos of my finished car here soon. :dopey:

Finished! Took me 4 hours to build! Approx 900 parts, the biggest model I've ever built.
I like it a lot, I think its my best model so far. :dopey:

I have to make something similar with my massive Lego brick inventory.

Here's a little peek into my first go on the the 'Lego Digital Designer'. Never been able to run it before, due to a really slow (and now broken computer). Thought i'd take a stab at something that I thought would be quite easy.. I was sadly mistaken, it was actually a lot harder than I thought.

Behold. The rather pixelated Lancia Delta Intergrale:

It's no-where near finished, there's still the rear end, interior, chassis and engine to do. Wish me luck. :scared:

Bo
Tell me when you're finished, I have my money ready. :P
Will do. Though I think there's over 400 pieces so far, I dread to think what the end amount will be. :scared:

Also, although there should be some steering, it won't be that great as the arches are slightly too thick for good clearance.

Another shot with the doors open:

Just did a tiny bit more. The exterior is pretty much 100% finished (just needs a spoiler). Not sure it'll stay yellow, just seeing what it would look like. I think If i revert back to white it'll definitely be getting the front wheels in the bottom pic, oh and that's about the most I can get the front wheels to steer.

This is now in consideration by Lego.

A fan-designed scale model of NASA's historic Saturn V rocket has landed on Lego's launch pad and is now waiting an official "go/no-go" call as to whether it will lift off as a commercial set.

The 3-foot-tall (1 m) version of the iconic Apollo 11 booster climbed to its qualifying 10,000th vote on Friday (Nov. 20) on the Lego Ideas website. The rocket, designed by Felix Stiessen and Valerie Roche, will now be considered by the Danish toymaker for possible production when it convenes its next review in January.

If it goes into production, I'm buying. Period. .

Finally finished the exterior of the Delta. It looks quite compromised but it is Lego after-all.
Not overly pleased with the hinge for the boot, (too bulky and untidy) but it's the best I could really. As a whole, i'm fairly pleased with it (so far) but I don't know whether i'll ever make it.. At nearly 1500 pieces so far, I imagine it would be quite expensive and I haven't even done the interior etc etc yet!
