Yea mine are broken down and I 'think'I have most interior white boxes...(?). Those seem to be less important when reselling as I've not once got a question about them over the years when selling the older UCS sets Star Destroyer, Falcon, R2, etc.)

I believe I have all of the interior white boxes as well. I think I will go ahead and flatten all of the boxes soon, so I can buy more Lego...

Speaking of that, I got a good deal on a recently retired set brand new. The box is damaged on a rear corner so I paid not really too much more than it was at retail. Set 42082 Rough Terrain Crane, the second largest Technic set in terms of piece count (and probably physical size?). I wasn't really interested in this one, but I placed a bid and actually won it.

The early stages of construction begins with a pretty complex gearbox. I was quite surprised with how it all came together and worked. I definitely enjoyed this one, but nothing tops the love I have for my 42009.

I've wanted to get 42009 and still may at some point if I can find a deal. Just another set that came out when I wasn't paying attention to Lego and it became expensive...

Finally got some shelves. 2 of them, specifically for Lego, as I was building a set and almost immediately taking it apart and storing it since I had no place to put them. The UCS Star Wars sets belong to my brother, but we are going to fill these shelves to the brim with stuff.

What do you all do with your Lego boxes?

I tend to keep them, especially the larger ones just in case I want to sell, but they take up so much space at this point I am debating whether or not to keep them at all. I don't think the boxes add a lot of value, other than the unique ones like the Lamborghini Sian, Bugatti and GT3 RS Technic sets.

With my addiction collection growing substantially during the pandemic (from about 20 sets to over 200), the box pile is only getting larger.
They're all in my basement.

I will definitely take some pictures once I start building things to put on the shelf, could be some time, but here is another of my brother's UCS collection, the only 2 missing in the pic that he hasn't built yet are the UCS B-Wing and UCS Republic Gunship. If the Mos Eisley Cantina is UCS that's also missing from the pic, I'm no expert on the theme.

His collection is a lot more focused than mine. I have many random sets.

Working on a new GT-3 car -its still work in progress - . Still not sure what color to use, for now I'll stay with yellow.
When I'm finished I will order the parts and turn it into a physical model.-

Also, I have now completely switched over from the old LEGO LDD to the LEGO Studio program. Studio is sluggish and difficult to work with in comparison and I'm super slow with it - but I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Countach and Ferrari for me.

------------

Knocked up a phone stand out of Technic odds and ends. Works well enough but it doesn't take much to move the plastic Lego on a plastic table.

Discovered a nearby Lego shop that buys and sells retired sets and I found the Creator Mini (10242) I always wanted for a steep discount. It is missing a few pieces and one which had a sticker on it, but I replaced the sticker sheet and will replace pieces soon.

Pardon the low quality picture and dog toys all over the place.

Which piece is missing?

Which piece is missing?
I'll have to disassemble it to see if any more are missing (I bought it assembled), but from what I can see there are 4 missing pieces:

-A dark green 75 degree slope, part of the A pillar. This piece is meant to have a sticker on it
-A metallic silver 2x1 curved slope on the rear bumper
-Two dark green 2x1 plates, each goes next to the rear license plate

Fortunately, everything else looks to be there even the cloth part. Not bad for $75 USD, plus a few dollars for a new sticker sheet.

Looks like they are releasing a Technic McLaren F1 car soon. I'm really excited about this one. Looks like it'll be around the size and scale of the 911 RSR and the 488 GTE. No Official photos have been released yet, but I found this on Youtube:

EDIT: Damn, they realized their mistake and the video is now unavailable. I should have taken a screenshot. Oh well, they'll publicly unveil it in a few days anyway.

Looks very nice! Though, I'm not too sure about the wheel covers. I am not up to date on the 2022 rule changes, but would the Pirelli decals be on the tire or the wheel covers like that? I imagine Lego wouldn't put decals on the tires (have they ever?). Wonder what the wheels look like under the cover, as well.

Anyways, nice. I will likely pick one up.

The markings should be on the tire, not the cover. I don't think Lego has ever put decals on tires, but they've printed stuff on tire sidewalls in the past.

Rather surprised to have already found the new Speed Champion sets at Target two days ago. (Just saw the Countach and Evija) Tried to go to self-checkout and it came up with an error that it wasn't allowed to be sold until March 1st. So an employee had to come over to clear the error and wouldn't let me purchase it. What a tease...with them already on the shelf. :indiff:

Dang! I saw some on ebay weeks early, guess people got a hold of them too soon.

Popped into Smyths toys before I came home from work and got the Countach. Having not liked any of the 2021 cars, for me, this is the best model since the Quattro.

Whilst there, I saw the new Vespa model and now I'm smitten. I'm going to request it and the Fiat 500 set for my birthday next month.

Looks good! Finally picked mine up today and might build it tomorrow if I have time. Looks like there isn't too many stickers, I was worried the headlights would all be stickers on the Countach. Didn't grab the other ones.

The Vespa model looks great, but I'm worried about running out of space for displaying built kits. :scared:

I'll be getting a bunch of new sets when North America gets 2x points in mid-March. I plan to get the Mclaren F1 car, Countach, Ferrari 512, the two Mercedes, the two Aston Martins, and the Mandalorian N-.1
