That looks awesome. How did you hide the default Windows taskbar and your Recycle Bin?

Right-click on your taskbar, properties and set it to auto-hide. Right-click on your desktop, show -> show desktop icons to hide or show them.

I never have any icons other than the recycle bin on my desktop anyway, but unfortunately Microsoft's icon designers aren't as good or original as Apple's.

Just a few. It's only like that because my laptop runs a lot faster without the rocketdock I used to have, I don't like having icons on the desktop either so this is best way for me to access my most commonly used programs/folders quickly without loads of lag.
