Didn't see a list yet (if Moderators have a list already then I apologize for creating another one). But this is the list of cars that CANNOT be traded:
1. The 76 cars that cost more than 1 million credits in either the UCD or premium dealerships.
2. The 20 cars that cost between 967,370 cr. and up to 1 million cr.
3. The 15 cars that are DLC and the "unvalued X2010s (prototype and S. Vettel).

That makes a total of 111 cars that cannot be traded.

Keys to determine how to receive cars in a method other than buying them.

A. Can be won from event.
B. Can be won in a gift ticket (I will not be listing the cars that can be won in the 1000 ticket because I don't know all of the parameters for them, I believe it can be any car but the X2010s but I am not positive).

Yes it can be. It is valued at below 500,000 cr. The Race Car Prototype cannot be sent.

and thus, this post is redundant... nice work Blitz 👍

I'm going to have the list up in about 45 minutes. I am currently busy with something. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I'd like to see a list, and also a 'tick' in the GT5 game.

Since 1.06 we see a blue tick when we already own a car, I find this very helpfull.
Now I;d like to see a red tick as well, indicating that this car cannot be sold. Or something like that :)

Enzo & McLaren F1 cannot be sent?? Disaster. One of my friends who hasn't bought the game said he wants the car so bad and I said once you've got the game I'll gift one to you. Seems like I have to discourage him to buy the game then.

You could just set the cars up to be shared and your buddy can borrow it. It's not the end of the world.

That's the one and only solution. But he'll never OWN it; say take the car to GT Auto or mod it in his own way. Even if I can do those things, still doesn't feel the same.

List has been updated and next to the car name is a key determining if it can be won or it must be bought. There is no 1000 ticket guide that I have so I am just listing what can definitely be found in those tickets.

there is no limit still... today a friends gifted me an X2010... he knew i restarted & wanted to see if i would use it... i didnt, i deleted it before recieving it. i dont want to ruin my gt5 experince like i did my first play through. but anyway, when is the limit going to happen?

There is a limit:indiff:. The limit was set into place this morning when it became March 4th. If your friend sent it before then it went through. Otherwise, it did not.

Nice job Blitz24, thanks!

Thanks for the list but can you make a gap between each car and/or bold the car model, as it's hard to read this way...

Modification has been made. Feel free to PM me any additions/subtractions from the list. I've been hearing that even more cars are restricted.

Why isn't 1 million 1 million? Why this gap?
Because its going on an internal value not used in the UCD. All 20 of the additional cars that are between 967k and 999k are missing the approximate 104% or 105% rule which is what the cars would be worth if they were able to be bought brand new. The internal value of all of these cars determines if it can be traded.

I determined that the premium value of the cars new vs. used is somewhere between 4 and 6% because an increase of 6% would put the SUPER GT Cars as being banned from trades and they are allowed to be traded.

Oh, I see. I didn't know that.

Thanks, and nice work. 👍

Despite some rumors floating around, the following cars are still allowed to be traded:
Nissan GT-R SpecV (GT Academy Version) 2009
370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy Version) 2008
Buick Special 1962.
Jaguar XFR 2010

I am missing information on the HPA Stage II R32 as it hasn't hit my garage and will never appear in the UCD but based on other cars, it should still be allowed to go through.

i dont care how its dressed up, thats BS, the value should be the value, if they arent ever going to appear in the new dealers then the price should be the price listed

Uh, well - I can test that for you. Just shoot me a PM and I'll give you my PSN ID so that I can send it over, in case you want. I'll dupe it for testing purposes, so no need to send it back.

There are a number of explainable reasons as to why this is so, so I'm going to hypothesize for a moment.

1. There may have been a Standard Car Dealership AND a UCD in a previous beta version of the game, and the internal values represented the list price there.
2. All cars have a value in the game, even if it is not known to the player.
