It's nothing new as such, but you get to see Rich telling everyone about the new additions. And the chair looks comfortable.
Good to see you!Oh not THAT guy again!
(yes, the chair was comfortable)

Thank you Rich.@Tommy moon we have sent your feedback to Polyphony, but let's see what they say.
@Monkey Man potentially an option.
@tinyman392 RS Track/Round and the MOMO GT-Racer 290 are 290mm diameter. The MOMO GT 320 is 320mm.

I have a good friend whose gonna be in Germany for the expo...if he likes it I'm buying it. I'm a bit of a gorilla, so that's not my issue...but I went through a TS 300 like a week after warranty and my CSL elite actually failed after like 6-7 months...but I just assumed the feedback issues were poor driving....when it completely failed I realized the issue...like a month after warranty.@Tommy moon
You have to try the new RS track wheel and hub, especially if you're more into race cars like gr 3 and gr 2. It's a completely different feeling in hand grip, position and comfort along with being so much easier to apply more steering angle for hairpins and quick corners.
Edit: I've always struggled with turning the wheel enough for tight turns and hairpins; just never comfortable with hand positions and twisting my arms, if that makes sense. I'm finding it much easier and natural to do with the track wheel.
Looks like a man who knows that he needs to deliver an H Shifter in good time!
Good job, Rich.
Got a shipping notification on my sequential shifter/handbrake. Should have it by Tuesday. Anyone got theirs yet? Impressions?
Hey rich my buddy would love to talk to you about all this in October, from the Expo. Let's see if it moves the needle on this stuff?Looks like a man who knows that he needs to deliver an H Shifter in good time!
Good job, Rich.

Just out of curiosity: What do you imagine you would want to map them to, other than clutch or handbrake?@LOGI_Rich , if we have 2 extra buttons in the new RS series, replacing or compensating the lack of 2 analog paddles in a way, can we expect we be able to map these analog paddles for something different, other than clutch and handbrake in the future for the original wheel or it will most probably stay like as it is?

Got 2 today. A bit stress to mount them on my Sim Lab Rig, but got them to work. I did only o couple of minutes in WRC on PS5. Nice feeling, feels more real. I do not have a comparison to other Shifter or handbrake.Looks like a man who knows that he needs to deliver an H Shifter in good time!

if u change angle in the profile , doesnt affect the car angle...is completly managed by the game...A suggestion to save a few button presses and knob twiddling.
On the base perhaps you could make 2 profiles that are exactly the same and include your favoured rotation angle. That way when you start a race (in GT7) you could quickly switch to the other one to load in the settings again - and switch back in the next race etc. Not ideal but it's fairly quick and I think that'd work?
It'd save having to press, scroll down to angle then adjust it and exit out.

If anyone was questioning if it’s possible you can stack the new RS shifter/handbrake with the h shifter on the playseat evolution if you switch some of the screws, extension and clamp rotations around. Pretty solid as long as you rotate the handbrake slightly and use one screw either side on the bottom to fix to the rig.
Might be the only person who is bothered on this but thought worth showing in case.
I was maybe somewhat optimistic! so now trying them level on the rig extension, handbrake closer to the seat, which is a bit sturdier but still ok moving the left hand around.Cool, if it works it works 😅 I should receive my shifter tomorrow and will try to fix both it and the H shifter to my Playseat Trophy. I can probably manage by using the shifter plate instead of the h shifter mount, but then the rig won't fit through my doors anymore 🫠
I'll share my solution.
No, thanks i'll try and do so always assumed it wasn't needed on PS5.Did you update the firmware of the wheel base on a PC/Mac?
I also receive mine tomorrow. Please do share pics! I'll do same. Interested to see how people are mounting them.Cool, if it works it works 😅 I should receive my shifter tomorrow and will try to fix both it and the H shifter to my Playseat Trophy. Good to hear that you like the grip.Got the new RS Track Wheel today. It feels really premium and high quality. At first I was worried it would not feel significantly different than the standard wheel in VR but it feels completely different. The grip feels perfect in my hands. One thing I didn’t anticipate is that TrueForce feels more enhanced with this wheel (I’m guessing because there is less inertia to dampen it). The dials are now more clicky and tactile which I appreciate. I’m planning to use this new wheel for race cars and the standard d-shape wheel for road cars. If you already own the G Pro base and are on the fence about this I say buy it. I’m planning to buy another hub and attach some sort of wooden wheel for classic cars.
