Hope not, most of the time down in Devon (given my village is pretty remote) they will leave it with the neighbours rather than having the long drive to try again... (my local depot is probably about an hour away) At least thats whats happened with DHL and Citylink. Hopefully who ever Play use does the same!

Hmm, I think I was pretty early in on this deal too, but my account was declined for no apparent reason also. I phoned them today and got it approved, and my order is sitting on "order taken". I will be really gutted if they've messed this up for me :(

When you were on the phone to them, did they tell you that it was going to be dispatched?
When I had the same problem (ordered Friday, phoned Play on Sunday) they ended the call saying that it would be posted on Tuesday.

I ordered on friday and since saturday it says packing. I'm not suprised it still says it because yesterday was sunday and today is a bank holiday. Their stock must have run out within 2-3 days!?! todays the last day (I think) so maybe if you still order one you might get it on a later date. Who knows.

Yep, thats their regular price as well, none of this jumping from 199 to 99 crap, I highly recomend their customer service too, I bought a 24" monitor a couple of years back, it stopped accepting HDMI inputs a few months back, they refunded me the whole thing, no questions asked, no waiting on the phone, all done online, highly impressed.
 
No fatdadder, she just said that she'd approved my card. She didn't mention anything about the stock or when it would ship, and I didn't think to ask.

She didn't take retake the numbers or anything, so I don't see why it was rejected in the first place, which is what's annoying.

I got the same message! Can I ring them about 7pm or will there be no answer? Won't get a chance until then (in work)
 
ah man, thanks Steve. I dunno if I'll get mine through Play but that takes the sting off it. :D Looks like the G27 is on it's way then...

Bad news first: deal has now finished!!
Good news second: price has dropped from £199.99 to £135.99

Think you know whats coming next ;D

I've had parcels left with neighbours although I have had to leave a note on my door specifying which neighbour to leave it with.
 
People who have ordered the G25 with the promotion, is your order in the 'packing' or 'posted' phase? As mine still says packing even though i ordered it on friday.

As I mentioned earlier because of the bank holiday (and I guess because of the volume sold), it will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Seems that their dispatch department dost work Saturdays

Glad its not only me i was a bit worried plus im so excited for it i just want it now lol. Yh i suppose the bank holiday is the reason. Think i may have to start saving for a wheelstand pro.
 
Mine says packing too, hope it arrives tomorrow... well, today now considerings it 00.04am...

So i checked my order status this morning and it said it had been posted. Some of you guys are expecting a next day delivery, But the email of confirmation i got says allow 3-5 days for delivery. How fast do deliveries from play.com usually take?
 
Guess it depends a lot on where you are relative to Home Delivery Network's depot. I've certainly herd mixed responses to play's delivery in the past. My thinking is that its not going to make it this week so as not to get my hopes up, if it comes sooner then great.
 
Like I said previously if your wheel arrives at your local depot then you can expect it to arrive the next day.

Im guessing that those whose order says posted will recieve it on Thurs. However if its already arrived at your local depot then it could be tomorrow. My package arrived at my local depot at 5am!!

The 3-5 days usually applies to parcels via Royal Mail and not a courier.

I need some advice about playseats.

This website has the playseat Evolution for £260.

Now this is £130 cheaper than what play.com are charging. How reliable is Gameseek website because thats an amazing price difference and makes me rather suspect. Also as im 6ft 1in tall would the playseat be sutiable, How adjustable is the playseat??

Really appreciate some answers.:)
 
Bad news: when I went to order late PM on Monday, the offer had disappeared from play.com.... Good news: MISCO were offering a matching deal until midnight!

G25 arrived this afternoon, wheelstandpro left Warsaw this morning...
 
Nice. Still waiting for a G27 deal state side. I got my Wheelstand pro the other day, you wont be disappointed.
