Yup, I can probably squeeze out another tenth or so with a perfect (and I mean perfect) lap. :)

2'04.9, yippee.

At least I have fought for 7th places even on my best days before, so I know how it feels.

So after some serious practice. I called it a day at a 2'01.504.

I've been 3 tenths up in the 1st sector once and 2 tenths up a few times but I kept losing it all in the last two sectors. :(

Here's a really grainy photo to prove my sheer awesomeness. :P

I managed to get a 2'03.8 at the end before leaving for a NASCAR test. 2'01's seem too Chuck Norris for me. :ouch:

You just had to rub it in....
Anyway, I'm running 2:01.9s almost every lap, was up .4 in T3 then I lost it :nervous:
Every time I dig for lower than 1.9s I start getting understeer matched with snap oversteer.
How in the world can you drive with ABS off at this track? Turn 1 kills me.

I'm using my DFGT and my DS3, the times are about the same.
I was using the DS3 yesterday.

:sly:, I can run consistent 2'01s with fresh tyres then after about 4-5 laps it drops to 2'02s.

No ABS is fine you just have to watch the bump in the braking zone of T1. Although it's hard to get the correct line as sometimes I gain time there sometimes I don't. 👍

Using my DFGT.

So before I got bored of practicing and went into a shuffle room I did some pretty consistent mid-high 2'01s. :)

Oh and this:

:D

I was 0.3 up on that time until the final corner when I got a bit eager to put the power down. :ouch:

So we have just entered into the week of the first race and I'm really excited. :D

Although it seems no-one else is as this thread is really slow moving. :(

Shhh. It was my first season. :grumpy: I think 2 podiums is pretty decent.

Ugh... I hate the new Nurburgring tracks :yuck:

Didn't like Tokyo reverse at first (likewise deep forest) but now I love it. :D

Tokyo reverse, I never drove that track till a shuffle race, in short: I crashed half the field.

Hated the track, but I decided to learn it, now it's one of my favorite tracks.

I saw. He sent me a message saying he took inspiration from our idea and didn't even give me credit!!!

I mean sure we can't copyright a Lotus Elise RM '96 series, but you would have thought he could have changed the spec slightly or even changed the calender significantly! :boggled:
