My list is pretty similar to the others...

Koenigsegg - It should have been in GT since a long time...
Porsche - Hopefully PD (and other developers) could get Porsches in their games.
Alpina - It's basically what RUF to Porsche, like say... Alpina to BMW.
Brabus - Most aftermarket Tuners in the game are Japanese cars and then couple 'murican one's...
FPV - It was in GT4 (2004/2005) and PSP (2009) but not sure why it got removed in GT5 and 6. Also Aussie cars are quite lacking in GT6.
HSV - Aussie Cars are quite lacking in GT6 and all of them are outdated.
Hennessey Performance Engineering - especially for cars like Venom GT.
Oldsmobile - I think we need more Classic Muscle & Pony Cars.
GMC - For vehicles like Typhoon and Syclone.
Jeep - For off-Roading jeeps like Wrangler and High performance SUV's like Grand Cherokee SRT.
Saab - Because we want some more Swedish cars in the game.
Skoda - Also more european's manufactures too!
Rolls Royce - I think we need some Luxury "Sport" coupe cars....same story with Bentley...
Kia - Both Kia and Hyundai started to Step up their cars in the last couple years...also i think maybe add cars like Cerato Koup or Soul.
Vector - Gran Turismo 2 Anyone?
Venturi Automobiles - Same as Above...
AMC - Similar to what i said on Oldsmobile above...
W Motors - Lykan Hypersport
Noble - M600 anyone?
De Tomaso - Pantera and Mangusta.

I'm pretty sure there's much more that i forgot to mention.

Help!

I'm lebanese and Lykan is the only hyper car developed by a Lebanese and built in Dubai, i would love to see it featured in GTS.
How do you think i should address the manufacturer to convince them to license one of their cars in GTS?
Following the slogan support your favorite manufacturer, i would love to see the production model and maybe convince the manufacturer to design a race model to be integrated in GTS so id race for my nations only manufactured vehicle.

PD/Sony need to ask them, not you. Besides, the Lykan is already in Project CARS & DRIVECLUB so it's possible for it to be adddd to GTS

I would mainly like to see Porsche of course but i don't think they will be in GTS cause of EA.

Other than Porsche i would also like to see Pagani, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Holden, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin.

:ouch: I forgot to include the Skoda..... :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

We need Skodas in GT7, like this one:

I'm with you, the Fabia WRC is one of the HOTTEST WRCs ever!! :banghead::banghead::banghead::drool::drool::drool:

From what I know, Sony owns all the licenses not only of GT, also from Driveclub's rooster. So basically many brands that are only on Driveclub like Koenigsegg and Hennessey can be on GT too. Obviously GT needs their own searched finds like Skoda, and return//renove some old brands that were//still are on GT like FPV (Mines is wrongly called FPV on GT6, signal of a mistake or that they will return to us the Aussie Fords) and Venturi (Vive le France!)

I'm pretty sure that's not how that works; different games still require some sort of approval from the manufacturers. Both of those manufacturers are also in other games.

Again, I'm just saying because most of Forza's rooster are cars that were on PGR (like the Caparo T1 and some Ferraris like the F50) and now they are returning (guessing that MS was keeping the licenses). Obviously PD needs the aproval of the brand itself to model the car for the game. But it's Gran Turismo, so that could be solved easily with a little talk :sly:

The PGR franchise has been dead for 8 years. Not sure how you've drawn that kind of connection.

Yes, MS did have the rights to Ferrari for a while, but T10 did not want to keep it exclusive. All of this well before Driveclub back in 2010-2011.
“Forza had the exclusive license for all Ferrari cars, for example, on the Xbox and PC platforms. But at the end of the day, we’ve always found that we just weren’t willing to block other racing games from having Ferraris outright, as we believed that this would do nothing but hurt the racing ecosystem.”– Dan Greenwalt

The only fact is that those cars were in both games. There are no facts about there being some sort of shared license agreement between both franchises. That's just guess-work on your part. There have been other members that have suggested a similar relationship between DC and GT: that too, is nothing but a guess. It's certainly not factual, so presenting it as such is misleading.

I could post a list of cars shared between GT and FM. Would you then consider them in a working relationship?

Finally, really not sure what Mr. Gates has to do with any of this.

You're going to need to provide a little more evidence than 2 franchises over 10 games (not counting the 2 Horizons) sharing a little over 30 cars.

Of which still doesn't really change the point that you still need a manufacturers approval. Driveclub was much easier to license the cars for based on the type of game it was than compared more dedicated sim racers.

I just want premium Opel and Seat, why not? Opel is one of biggest car maker and we dont have single premium car in game!? Insignia OPC and Astra OPC would be good. For Seat some Leon or Ibiza...

I would mainly like to see Porsche of course but i don't think they will be in GTS cause of EA.

Other than Porsche i would also like to see Pagani, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Holden, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin.
That might be a possibility. EA's exclusive license with Porsche is suppose to expire next year but its not guaranteed that we'll see Porsche make it to GTS since they can renew it and if PD wants to do it if yes, EA decides to not renew it.

Here are five manufacturers I'd like to see in GT Sport. They are not ranked in any particular order.

1. Porsche- for the obvious reasons.
2. Lola- Lola has produced some legendary, iconic, and cool looking race machines over the years. They deserve some more recognition in racing games.
3. Venturi- Ferrari-like French supercars featured in Gran Turismo 2 that are a blast to drive.
4. Oldsmobile- Despite it's old-man reputation, back in the 60's, the company made some awesome muscle machines like the 442, Hurst Olds, and Toronado. And I believe that one of there concept cars from the 80's set a land speed record.
5. Eunos- sub brand of Mazda. The Eunos Cosmo is arguably the greatest JDM cars ever produced.

EA is American, Bioware is Canadian

...Uhh, I guess thanks for the very belated correction?

Would've been better to be corrected back when I made that post you know. Can't even remember that post at all, it's like that old saying "in one ear, out the other"...

But why Bioware? Don't think I mentioned them before...

I was just reading through the posts, I didn't pay attention to the date, but it is a common mistake for EA to be considered Canadian because of their connections with Bioware and other branches in Quebec

We need cars or atleast the manufactures from past GTs that aren't in GT6

Obviously with new cars

ss3
How about all cars

Ever JK
Ahaha. Look at the Car Sugestions Subforum :D

Well that would be hard license wise.

Though i would point out the Venturi (from the Venturi Atlantique fame). Its now producing electric cars in limited number and also as a team for Formula E.

As hard as it is to get licensing for over 1000 other cars? I mean I get what you're saying, but if they really want to get a car or manufacture in the game... they're going to find some way of doing it (barring any contractual agreements i.e. Porsche/Forza).

I actually think that we WILL see the debut of Koenigsegg and Porsche. Maybe not for the release of GT Sport, but I have a good feeling that it is going to be major news for GT 7 when it does finally come out...

Someone really into it (modeling, programming) could comment but isn't a livery editor a thing you putt on top of a surface and it "adapts". Do you really need to make a stripe fit into all 1000 cars one by one ?

Sorta like in Unfinished Swan you throw a ball of paint.
