Yeah, it's sounds great! Tons of changes under the hood.
But I don't think it will take several months for the final release, Minecraft updates usually get published rather quickly.

I wish this place was more active. It used to be great when we would build up communities and you would see new stuff pop up daily. Now its a ghost town.

Even with MultiMC, as suggested to be compatible with the server, I have yet to be able to connect to it. I really don't get this.

Sooooo you definitely have 1.5.1? Because he updated it to 1.5.1 recently

Yes I have it.... and the problem was actually me trying to connect to the wrong server. I'm in the server now. Yay.

It must have been MultiMC that was causing the lag and jumpiness, it's fine now it's running vanilla. 👍 However there's not much on the server at the minute apart from loads of statues pee-ing water and another big one pee-ing out lava which is....interesting. I've started building a house in the forest entirely out of wood.

Haven't been on in almost a year. Has the server address changed or is it the same? I tried connecting with the original one on the OP but it's not working.

I'm building myself one as well. It's on its own little island.

Speaking of that, I was exploring and found houses here and there on the mountains and such. Kind of creepy seeing as they were probably abandoned due to absence of owner.

It is running Bukkit.

Install the fart plugin please. I didn't have much time to play on your server recently, but I'll take some time to think about possible impovements for your server.



EDIT: If anyone thinks I'm childish... I must agree when it comes to minecraft, it wakes the child in me every time I play it and dear god, it's wonderful.
