I know I'm not very good in TT's, but I got a 1:35.xxx after a few adjustments in the driving options. Silver's good enough for me, at least I get the car :)

Not trying to be pushy, but I think you are selling yourself short. Keep at it my friend, you'd be surprised at what you can accomplish with just a little bit more effort. 👍 I know that not everybody is as tenacious as me when it comes to these TT's, but with just a little more effort and determination, Gold can be achieved and the feeling is great when accomplished. Stay fast my friend and never stop shooting for improvement.

What are you all talking about?
Great car & great track, 1:29:404 after a couple of laps. Strangely, being one and a half second slower than #1
was already enough to get #102.
Love it!

Love this track, and i guess its my favorite track according to my stats over 4,000 miles here, i guess my real life rally experience just makes my love steep hills and gnarly off camber turns

Finally took this car for a spin on the Seasonal...

I like the car/track combo, I think this will be fun.
This car would be buckets of fun on Toscana-tarmac.

After golding the Senna stuff yesterday, I tried this and found it IMPOSSIBLE! But I woke up today without the 97T buzzing in my veins, and after a few laps I squeaked under the gold time. I'm tempted to go back and improve my time.

Strange this car has a very low ride height 47 yet people posted goes well round the ring & is a good rally car.
Definitely did a lovely circuit of the ring.
Another thing of interest for me, the claimed dynamic handling appears to be present without in game driver's aides.
Cargo, I do appreciate the stance, and God knows you bring wonders to us who follow, but the product Is A lot of good things and at the same time. (Sides, I was just a wee bit tongue in cheek...)

I seem to be one of the few who enjoyed this TT. The car absolutely hates going over curbs, but aside from that it handles really well. Matterhorn has a couple of highly technical layouts which I like quite a bit.

I managed a 1:31.895. It was not a pretty lap, but I'm happy with it.

I was only giving my opinion. You have yours, I have mine. So please, don't try to force yours on me. I would much rather play the game than to watch some movie/slideshow of a guy who I am not even a fan of. No disrespect, but that type of racing is just not my cup of tea and therefore, I am not a fan of any particular driver. Much respect to the man and what he has done with his life/career though.

did 1:31.3 i think, but i can go faster then that!

the car is strange, when you brake down, in certan point just oversteers hmmm, strange, but, overall solid car but not fitted for this track tho...

i´ll try to get under 30, then ill be happy

Had fun with this car. Touchy under power out of slow corners, and didn't really enjoy any flirting with the curbs at high speeds. And was a bit vague in slow corners when you still have the anchor in play (Brakes locking up the fronts!)

It sounded a bit ... 2nd class. But the wild weasel handling in and out of slow corners put a smile on my chops as I tried to wrestle the car around a really nice track. (Got confused on my first lap and forgot to turn sharp left under the tram tracks at the end of the lap... whoops!)

Hope they make a revisit of the GT Vision cars in the future. A world with out a double bubble of grumbly understeer and giggling oversteer is a much poorer place. Big loveable dog of a car - like a St Bernard with a keg of Brandy...
An empty keg of brandy...
Did the mechanic that set up the car drink all that brandy?

Holy 🤬 the throttle is just an on/off switch for maximum understeer/oversteer.

That being said though; I never felt like the car was handling like a RWD like some have mentioned. It always had that 4WD feeling to it. Never kicking out the back end under throttle, only when braking.

Well here's a turn up for the books. I made another improvement, now on 1:31.759 and have taken the top spot on my leaderboard. First time I've been there for a while.
Interestingly though at #8 position is my nemesis, Cargo, over 2 seconds behind.:( Fair enough though, he says he's not doing this one anymore because he doesn't like the car or the track.

What can I say, except, when the going gets tough, the tough get going.;)

yesterday, i did my fourth lap i think, and improved myself from 31.3 to 30.045, it was a fast lap tho!! idk exactly what and where i was fater, but, the lap was ok so far..now, in the first chikane i´m faster then my ghost, so, there´s a bit hope to get under .30

Car is as i said strange. even tho the car is 4wd the car understeers and oversteers, i can´t find the logic for that, but the main part is, when u enter a corner like, from 4th to 3rd gear in certan point the back end of the car just goes wild out. The aero part on this car is horroble...only that is good on this car is the transmission. it really shifts smooth and precise the gears, otherwise the car and the track are not ment for each other!
EDIT:

Drove it on the Nurb, did 6:44.362, and I'm surprised very much about the good handling. I drove it stock, all aids OFF, no tuning or what so ever....

I have just done the same thing and before reading your post, I thought I'd forgotten how to drive.:boggled:

I know I'm not fast but I've done every TT in both Gt5 and 6 with golds and only Abs1 no other aids but I was struggling to keep it on the track. :dunce:

Try again when I'm less shaken I think. ;)

Down to a 1.31.084 not a bad time but lose 700s of a second on that tight left turn going under bridge any help or tips welcome

Cheers

I got silver after constantly spinning out and then quit the game. Didn't even test drive afterwards. I was done with that car for day. It's ok- not the best looking nor handling VGT. That goes to BMW. Got to say though, I really want to see the Tesla and Bertone concepts.

I got so frustrated, flying off the top of the hill, time after time (not braking soon enough) that the next time I came around, I didn't brake . Just went up the hill full throttle. It launched the car high into the air, far above the wall 'til it hit an invisible barrier and fell down on the grass. Then I watched the replay. That was fun!

1:32.9.Not a bad track,2nd corner before the tunnel is a good sliding corner. Also 4WD setting is 0/100,cannot change it even in the prize car,and it is fully optioned in the tuning garage.

So it's RWD?

I don't think so. I think it just shows that way on the RA menu during TTs with the car provided. It certainly doesn't feel like RWD when powering out of a corner.

got 1:27.7 not useing any assist i hate the track but i actually lke this car drives nice around this track i thought it was going to hard going down the big hill without abs but its not very easy but the coner after that going up the little hill then light down hill turn where the brakes like to lock up as the car loses lots of dwnforce
