Oh yeah forgot to mention, the 1 stop strategy would be using a full tank for one stint and then 1/3 of a tank on the second stint. 2 stopper will be using just under half a tank for each stint.The races simply aren't long enough for the 2 stop to become valid, if you're gaining 1.2 seconds a lap on someone it'll mean in roughly 25 laps you have a whole pit stop in the bag (counting the 1 stop that all are doing) but that doesn't take into account the fact the other driver would start to drop times.
The 1 and 2 stopper would pit for their final stint at around the same time, and after that the 1 stopper would have less fuel in his tank and have the advantage for the last 1/3rd of the race.
