Mon 20:00-21:30 UK time - PC2 - Hosted by @IfAndOr - Please refer to new threadPS4

You mean the Ford Falcon V8 one? I did a video and posted it on the Wednesday thread. However it’s on light rain conditions. Didn’t have the chance to update it and will not have the chance as today I will just arrive home with time for a quick supper and a bit of practice.

IMPORTANT - Attention all Drivers - Track Change to Sakitto GP

Please note I have decided to change the track for the next round to Sakitto GP. This track will also be used in the Wednesday race and should therefore reduce the amount of time needed for practise.

I'm just about to set off for Brands Hatch - here are a few shots from yesterday:

Thanks DD your a legend!!Will watch, study and take notes again and try and emulate in the morning!
It’s very difficult to fight the natural understeer on this car.

Making this car rotate is a combination of braking, weight transfer and gas at the right time.

As said, difficult to put into practice or even to explain properly. Start braking a bit earlier than I do (braking late locks the rear axle and forces the car into a slide enabling the rotation mid-corner) and build your speed from there.

Had practice this morning, won my first ever race at 120%! but can't get near your time , my fastest lap was a 1.51.I have no trouble rotating car in loose set up so I'm wondering if your using stable? I so I'll give it a go.

Update is out so give yourselves time to download (3gb) and install before the race...

Yes - depending on internet speed, everyone needs to allow some time. My PS4 said 26 minutes, but I am not sure how long it took - probably a bit less, but it was enough for me to fall asleep.

When people have the pack I will be interested to know how close the Porsche 917's and Ferrari 512's are in performance / lap timesas I am hoping to run a series for those cars asap.

Hallelujah. It was first time since patch 5 I didn't have setup loading bug. Hope new patch have solved it and it wasn't bug of the bug :)

Noticed another new thing yesterday - @AndreasR returned to pits in qually and additional fuel wasn't added when he returned to track. This bug also was solved or @AndreasR you now some secret of that? :)

And penalty system was strangely "improved" - lost a bit back in the last corner of S2, inner tires went on grass, outer tires left on track (not curbs, but track), got slow down warning, slowed for 4 seconds in S3, but got penalty anyway. So it is better never slow down and less time will be lost.

I'm glad your setup glitch seems to have been patched @Napalm_LT it's been a pain in the insert word of choice.

Sorry, my English is bad.
No it's not, it's very good and getting better all the time. 👍

I did get one "slow down" warning which disappeared without me noticeably slowing. While not knowing Sugo that well I thought the track limits were quite lenient. There were a few times where I thought I would have triggered a penalty but didn't. So maybe SMS have done some tweaking for the good.
I have noticed prior to the patch that if when you do go out of bounds lifting the throttle can prevent a warning.

I didn't have a bad race considering I'd only previously done a couple of laps around Sugo. I spent most of the race trying to catch @joedakiss and @beachboy6658. Unsuccessfully. Joe unfortunately went off track and dropped back a little leaving just BB who I wasn't really making any ground on. In the last few minutes, to try to close in, I attempted to straighten the last corner more than the bales would allow. The impact wrecked my front suspension and although the pits were very close the repair was going to take longer than there was time left in the race - so I retired. Sorry if you hit my wreckage debris @Sick Cylinder, I should have gone back to sweep it up.

that's why I wasn't able to join today.
See you next time Harsk.

While looking into possibly renewing my PSplus I've found this at £33 is about the best deal for a 12 month subscription. With no offers currently it's £50 on the PSstore.
You can top up your Plus at anytime - you don't have to wait until renewal.

There's also a 15 month offer for £43 which works out around the same per month.
I've used the site before quite a few times so it's all fine. They also have keys for other nationalities available although I don't know if these are also good value.

It still bugs me that online gaming was free on the PS3. Unless you play the "free" games I'm not sure what we are getting extra that's worth paying for on the PS4 :irked:

Thanks If, it is better shop around:D Great race last night, with Sick, Old, could see them most of the race. I got no damage, or crashes, really was a good car, track comb. What happened too Rich, we made some contact, no damage.
