Ignoring ovals, Aussies and Italians have a disproportionately high percentage of them.
Not anymore. During the last major renovations, they switched to a clockwise layout.

Isn't Streets of Willow Springs run in both directions?
I think its clockwise, but Hallet, Olahoma goes both directions.

The Detroit GP ran counterclockwise, as did Dallas, '84, and Las Vegas, '81.
