Just looked at the OP again and it doesn't specify what time the room will open or when qualifying starts. Only says races start at 9pm EST. Can someone clarify times please?

As in 9:00 Eastern Time is when the room usually opens. Then at around 9:30 the race will start.

Not gonna make it guys, maybe race 2. Home alone with the 4 month old and he's not looking like he's going to sleep just yet

I am out matched.. Every time a couple people, (Same ones) would come up beind me, there was no waiting to get around me! Got passed with the person overtaking about 5 ft. Off the track and just kept on going. Myself and @Schmiggz I thought had some fun racing together @ Silverstone.. The rest was a ***** fest crash em up derby. Not my style of racing and I'm just not nearly as fast as you all. So Thanks @euclid58 and @Jakedog23 and good luck moving forward. Thanks @racingchamp30 for hosting. Please take me off the list. Thanks!

I'm off too. The Monza racing was the most ridiculously dirty thing I had the pleasure to be in, in a long, long time.
This guy LVracerGT doesn't belong with this very fine group of clean racers, is a stain in this competition.
After hitting my car's tale some 15 times per lap, he finally managed to plow me to the side and pass. Then he gets involved in some carnage with R blood and I take advantage and pass him again and then, all the dirtyness starts all over again until, again, in a desperate agony to pass me, rams me again. I finally gave up.
Somebody check the replay and enjoy.

One more thing, I tuned in to @brntguy stream which he did a great job on and as soon as it came up, it was a bunch of people cursing like pirates bitching at one another about not knowing how to drive and some F-yous in there? Definitely doesn't give the new series a very good impression to other people who may be thinking of joining if they saw that or heard it.. Great race between @dangerzone641 and @CAMikaze for first in the last race! Nice work gents! :cheers: Fun to watch!

Depends on the outlook man. I enjoyed myself until I ran out of gas in both races on the last lap.

@Schmiggz

You obviously had a very I'll handling car. I can't help it if I'm matching your speed through apex and you suddenly check up. 15 times per lap? Please, your being over dramatic. I've not only raced in multiple serious racing leagues in GTR2, rFactor, iRacing, and GT6, I've also worked for Skip Barber Racing Schools in real life, grew up around open wheel when my father sold transporters for Featherlite in the IndyCar series, AND I was a 2013 US GT Academy Silverstone finalist. I can fully assure you I know the ins and outs of racecraft to it's extent.

The so called "carnage" you claim I had with @reigninblood was him outbraking himself and getting into me, which allowed you back around me after you got loose in the first lesmo corner at apex where I was finally able to take advantage and get around you since you were pulling me on the straights. The next contact at turn 1 was unintentional, and if you check the replay I even attempted to wait for you, until you parked your car to start shouting obscenities at me, at which point I cued my Mic and responded accordingly.

I was being punted and shoved off track multiple times the first race at Silverstone, but was respectful to everyone in the room and waited until after the race to voice my frustration. If one of us is a stain on this series, it is you my friend. Good riddance.

I for one want to thank every one involved with this series. We ALL had first race jitters. I'm truly sorry to see that some people didn't have as much fun as I personally did. There was a couple of "hairy" moments in both races while we all had to adjust to the fact that different cars/tunes produce different braking points etc. I also think that it wouldn't hurt for every one to re-review the OLR rules reguarding overlap, over taking and mic muting during an event. This series isn't for the faint at heart with the different skills, cars, tunes and, penalties being set to off. Jake and myself will be reviewing the replays tomorrow. Official point standings will be posted soon. I also need to point out that we don't need to use this thread to vent frustration. Please submit any and all IR's to jake and or myself with the proper time, lap and round# for review. Again, I want to thank every one involved with this. I for one have 6 months and 205 cars contributing.

P.S.brntguy, Thank you for hanging out and streaming for us. I haven't looked at the video yet but, from the tooth and nail battles that I had, plus your production skills I'm sure it came out amazing. Thanks again!

I agree 100% you see this all the time in pro racing . Take NASCAR for instance. When the drafting starts at daytona you see these types of mistakes. The 500 roles around you see very few if any.I personaly was very nervous at silverstone.The class racing threw me of a bit as well. By the half way point of monza I had a better grasp on things.I look for next week to be much smoother.I personaly believe a championship is won on the toughest days . Its all about staying on that horse till the bloody end and making the best of it. See you guys on the track . I hope to see you there.

Bet the last 2-3 laps would please James May in regards to the Sprint Race becoming more of a Economy Race. :D Remember when they had to get to Blackpool to turn on the Illuminations on a single tank of fuel?

Lol. It would've been right up "captain slows" wheel house! Haha You both did excellent to get those car's to the end! It made it a very interesting final 3 laps for sure! My hats off to both of you! Cheers :cheers:
